Login to SFDC from PC and Ipad is ok. But, login from browser to https://login.salesforce.com,

after enter username and password, I get error message " Connection refused na6.salesforce.com:443 "

 

any idea? thanks.

 

 

We have few records of account missing in Salesforce.com, since it is sync with Oracle system using ETC, so we have the Account Id recorded in Oracle, but cannot find the record in Salesforce.com also not available in recycle bin.

Is there anyway to trace this if we can provide the Account Id?
