Hi ! I am creating a group binding with dimension. where one dimension is fixed , and other two are dynamic for group binding. So as I am mainly working in SAQL. So I have used asGrouping and asProjection for data serialization. 

 

But it is not working. It got broke. Kindly help

I tried submitting a Manage Job Applications permission set challenge but keeps failing. All job application fields except edit access for position and candidate didn't pull through. I'm stuck at this point, Help guys, thanks .

Control Access to Objects

 

I am struggling with

"Control Access to Objects." I created the Permission Set "Access and Manage Reviews," but when I try to assign access to the "Reviews" object, it doesn’t appear in the object list. I also created a Custom Object, but it’s not being accepted for the challenge. Similarly, I couldn’t find the "Positions"

object in the object list. 

 

This is the error I get when trying to complete this challenge: 

We can't find that the ‘Manage Positions’ permission set grants read, create, and edit object permissions for Position.

 

I have seen other discussions saying I need to download something. Would anyone be able to vouch for this?

I'm having trouble getting Answer Questions with Knowledge to work with my Agent. I'm testing in Prompt Builder and when I enter my retriever ID and a question related to a Salesforce knowledge article, I get this error: Error resolving Einstein Search retriever: sfdc_ai__DynamicRetriever. Please try again. 

 

This is the retriever I'm testing with because that is what was created when I got everything set up in my sandbox, but I'm thinking I missed a step somewhere when setting up.

I have my sandbox connected as a Standard Connection.  

I thought maybe I needed to make sure my Knowledge was coming in through a Data Stream so I got that going, but it won't let me activate it in the sandbox (it's active in prod).

I am working on the Agentforce for Service Superbadge and I have been trying to upload the PDF since yesterday and it will not upload the file. I saw the Slack post that there was a bug so I waited until I saw the bug was fixed (though no one shared what the bug experienced was in the channel), created a new playground this morning and started it all over again and I am still getting an error when I try to upload the CC User Agreement PDF to the agent library. Anyone have any suggestions?

The last action is to attach a knowledge article to an email. I discovered that the Chatter Feed quick actions only show 'Post' and 'Log a call' where I'm using the Inquiry record type. 

Where can I find where the chatter component actions are controlled by record type?

If I  only change the recory type to something else , either 'Product Support' or 'Billing' i now additionally get 'Email' and 'Poll' which are in the Global Publisher Layout.

I tried editing the page and removing/adding the chatter compunents. I also tried completely deleting the Inquiry Record Type and Inquiry page layout but on recreating the chatter behaviour returns.  Does anyone have any idea where this is controlled?

    1. In the Service App, click the Cases tab.
    2. Click New.
    3. If asked to select a Record Type, select Inquiry. (This is only applicable if you have completed the Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements project.) If you do select inquiry, you’ll need to add the Articles related list to Inquiry Case Layout.
      • In Setup click Object Manager and select Case
      • In Case Page Layouts, if there is an Inquiry Page Layout, click edit.
      • Add the Articles related list to the page layout.
      • Click Save and Yes.
