I am making a customize record page project, everything is complete but the customer account page is not running , still the peocess is correct ,please help me how to correct this page

I am unable to add fields in this lesson, only Record ID seems to be available in Reservations

having this error message when i double checked the API name matches 'We can't find an active approval process named Approve New Account. Make sure the unique name is 'Approve_New_Account'.'

I dont have the change record type in the dropdown
  1. Select Change Record Type from the dropdown menu.
  2. Ensure B2B Opportunities is selected and click Next

When I click on the dropdown I do not have change record type even though I have added it to the page layout. I am stumped here as to why its not showing up. cleared cache and the usual suspect things

Not getting other fields in Lightning Record Page of Contact for Adding Dynamic Related List for Reservation.

Hi Community, 

 

I'm doing Agentforce Champion trail and stuck on the below issue while doing the last module 

Connect Data Cloud to Agentforce and Prompt Builder

 

 

I'm not able to get other fields to add on the related list of Reservation object. See the screenshot below:

Not getting other fields in Lightning Record Page of Contact for Adding Dynamic Related List for Reservation.

 

Also while updating the flow in the 3rd step of the same module, I'm not getting any fields to select for

Unified Link Individual ccid 

to filter the records:

Is it something issue with the org or I'm missing any step? Please help me to complete this. 

 

Note:

I've completed all the previous steps like Run Ruleset for Identity Resolutions.

Trouble Installing Salesforce Labs Package: Digital Engagement SMS Integration

Hi everyone, 

 I'm still new to Salesforce and was trying to install the 

Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Digital Engagement SMS Integration package (by Salesforce Labs) into my playground org.

But I got this error during installation:

I don’t understand what this means. Does it have to do with Marketing Cloud or something else I haven’t set up? 

 Is there something I need to install first before this works? 

 And is it even possible to use this package in a playground org?

I’d really appreciate it if anyone could explain what’s going on in simple terms or point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!
