Hello. Apologies for the simple questions but I'm getting myself confused around non profit cloud. We are looking at case management to record the 'onboarding' of people to a service and as part of this need to capture some information at the time they start and then some others after. I'm getting myself in a mix as to what object to use for what:
- Initial onboarding referral information, consents etc. (one off)
- General risk assessment (one off)
- Risk assessments (multiple)
- Specific questions for different types of interactions
Assessments, care plans and action plans are blurring in my head at the moment - Any pointers massively appreciated.

I'm working on the Agentforce Champion Trail "Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout" and I'm stuck at the step where I need to select ExternalReservation as the Data Cloud Object when adding a Data Cloud Related List to the Contact object.
Here are the steps where the issue occurs:
- Setup → Object Manager → Contact
- Data Cloud Related List → New
- At this point, ExternalReservation is supposed to be selected, but it doesn't appear in the dropdown.
I'm not sure if this object should be standard or needs to be created manually. Could you please help clarify and advise how I can proceed?

Hey!
We would hope that all managed packages will update their WF rules, but you won't have any control over it.
If they don't, they should still hopefully operate in 2026.
Don't stress to much for now!
