I am in the "Manage User Access" Trailhead, and I created a brand new playground as instructed, but when creating a new User, following instructions exactly, it says:
Error:Duplicate Username.
The username already exists in this or another Salesforce organization. Usernames must be unique across all Salesforce organizations. To resolve, use a different username (it doesn't need to match the user's email address).
What am I doing wrong?

It is okay if the username is different from the email address.
Try using the same email address but different username.
1.All Salesforce usernames are unique, for all users, across all Organizations (including Trial Orgs, Production orgs and Sandboxes).
2.Salesforce Username does not have to be the user's email address. For more information, please review Salesforce username does not have to be your email address. For a user, there's an additional field named email address which can be a duplicate. That is, multiple users can share the same email address.
Hello - I have two objects, Account (parent) and Financial Account (child). I have a lookup field already for the relationship. I am trying to have a formula field check a box on the account object if the financial account name contains the word "Indirect". Here is my formula
I tested and the box will not check. Any help is appreciated.

Oh I misread your post at first.
Naga is right. Formulas don't work like that.
The formulas we've provided would work from the Financial Account looking up to the Account and checking a box on the Financial Account level.
If instead you want a checkbox to be checked on teh account level whenever there is a child Financial Account with "Indirect" in their name you will need to build an automation in either Flow or Apex.
I get an error message when attempting a challenge where I have to add a custom field to the contact object. This is the message - Error:
There is already a field named Loan_Amount on Contact. I can't move forward without correcting this and I don't know what to do.

Hi everyone,
I'm an admin working on setting up Tableau Next and Agentforce in our Salesforce Sandbox environment. We've successfully enabled the following settings:
- `TableauPlatformEnabled` = true
- `TableauAgentEnabled` = true
- Other related feature flags like `SemanticAuthoringAIEnabled` and `TableauEnhancedVisualizationAuthoringEnabled` are also enabled
- The user has been assigned the correct permission sets (`Tableau Next Administrator `) and license (`Tableau Next Creator`)
- We have already saved the “Analytics and Visualization” template from the Tableau Next admin screen
Despite all of this, when trying to create a new Agent in Tableau Next, the “Analytics and Visualization” template does not appear in the list of available templates.
Other templates like:
- Agentforce Service Agent
- Agentforce Employee Agent
- Agent for Setup
do appear as expected.
I’ve also confirmed that this is not a UI cache issue — we've tried different browsers and English UI users, but the template still does not show up.
### Questions:
1. Is the “Analytics and Visualization” template not provisioned in Sandbox orgs?
2. Is this template limited to certain editions, licenses, or regions?
3. Does it require explicit provisioning from Salesforce Support as part of a pilot or beta program?
Any help or confirmation would be greatly appreciated!

In the module "Get Started with Data Cloud and AI playground", the first step is to connect to a playground, I connected but never received the email notification to reset my password.
Followed the suggestions in the help as well as the community here and nothing seems to work. I've completed the following:
1. checked that my spam/filter is not removing the support emails
2. made sure that my profile settings were accurate
3. disconnected the Org from my trailhead profile (but the org is still connected to the module)
4. restarted Chrome/laptop
Still nothing. I don't have the support email to reset my password and I cannot try to connect to the playground anew.
Any help would be appreciated.
