I want to create a report that shows the following:

Grouped Rows

Account segment (bucketed from Vertical)

Account Name

Total Subscription ARR (rollup field on Account from sum of ARR in subscription object)

Grouped Column

Close Date by quarter

Sum of opportunities ARR for each account above.

I can EITHER

-- group the column by close date and display the ARR

OR

-- Group the rows by segment/account and display Subscription ARR rollup field

But when I try to add the Total Subscription ARR field to the row groupings while the columns are grouped by close date, I can't. It seems like there is some kind of aggravation between grouping by a date field AND a rollup summary field.

Attached: how I want the report layout.

Anyone run into this and have some solutions to suggest?

Almost. I need the highlighted column to be the value in a summary rollup field from the Account object, not a total of the opportunities.

I have not gone through this myself so am just looking at documentation.

Did you enable the setting to retrieve real-time financial account and transaction information? The documentation you shared says:  "Before you connect to MuleSoft and enable integration, turn on the setting to retrieve real-time financial account and transaction information from your external core banking system. When this setting is off, account information is retrieved from Salesforce. For more information, see

    Enable Real-Time Financial Account Information

    ."

If you are still stuck, I would recommend reaching out to Salesforce Support.

Our Order management live in our ERP but they get requests for pricing from customers often and they just respond with a price in an email.

was thinking we want to start having OM created a quote when tehse requests come in.

since they live in ERP and don't go into SFDC often (they have accounts though) was thinking of creating a flow that would create a single SKU quote easily with a few inputs.

BUT they are investigating using the out of the box quoting tool in our ERP and just do these quotes in ERP instead of SFDC.

So i was curious to get over the hump of leaving ERP and into SFDC was it possible for Om to get an email from a customer and forward that email with a simple format CUST ID, SKUX qty 2 type thing, could that email trigger a flow in SFDC to scrape the information out of the email and create a quote.

thoughts? I see lots of flows being triggered emails into cases but not something like this was a case doesn't exist

On our website, whenever a prospect completes a diagnostic, they are automatically tagged as ‘diagnostic’ and added to the corresponding list in our system. We then use Pardot workflows to automatically send an email to each new prospect who enters this category. Could you please explain how to configure this in Pardot?

    Hi @Rayen Mhedhbi

    ,

First you should know it's not called "Pardot" anymore, it's Account Engagement, that will make it easier for searching/looking up answers in our various repositories.

If you're using an Account Engagement form, your form can have a "completion action" - it's like an automation rule that runs when the form is filled out. One of the actions can be "Add the person to a list".

For our purposes say you have a list called "Diagnostic"

You could either add them directly to the list... or you could have an automation run in Account Engagement that looks at FIELDS on the prospect record, and if they match your criteria... the automation adds them to the list. Or you could have a "dynamic" segmented list that automatically adds and removes people from the list as their field values update.

Whatever option you choose, you need to get the prospect into a list...

    • Then when you create an "Engagement Program" - one of the first steps is to select your "Recipient list", so you'd select your "Diagnostic" list from the drop-down of choices.
    • Now, when someone is added to that list, they'd be included in your engagement program. And they'll go down the path and get the various emails you setup.

But the easy way here is... use a Account Engagement Form handler for your form... that has a "Completion Action" that adds them to the list. Then use that list as your "Recipient list" in your "Engagement Program".

I initially created the email template using plain text, but due to a new requirement to bold certain text, I converted it to an HTML template since text templates don't support formatting.

However, I'm now facing an issue where the link field {!ApprovalRequest.Internal_URL} is not rendering correctly in the HTML version—it shows up blank.

Additionally, in the original text template, the links were displaying properly and had a specific format (as shown in the screenshot). I’d appreciate suggestions on how to replicate that same link behavior and appearance in the HTML version.

Hi,

I'm generating a document using Docusign Gen For Salesforce. I use the repeat tags setup like this to display all the elements of a related list:

<# <Repeat Select="/Incorporation_form__c//Shares_Certificates__r”/> #>

text

<# <EndRepeat/> #>

Is there a way for me to make sure that the elements are ordered by a field. Something like the Order By states we would use in a SOQL statement?

Thanks!

I asked a version of this question in the main Flow group, but either I didn't explain my issue correctly or I am just not getting it.  Basically I need to create a set number of "N" records based on some values in the flow, and have each "Start Date on the records be a consecutive dates based on the "N" value.  I found this video, which helped somewhat, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykntwyRtfxI&t=869s

.  However, it does not address my issues specifically around the dates.  So I know I am using assignments to set the values, but it's the Date issue, I am struggling with.

Basically here is the use case.

In a Screen Flow, I am creating a class with a Start and End Date.  I then need to create some Class Schedule records based on the Start and End dates from the Screen Element.  So if the Class has a Start Date of 5/12/2025 and an End Date of 5/14/2025, I would need to create 3 Class Schedule records, like so;

Record 1 "Start Date" 5/12/2025

Record 2 "Start Date" 5/13/2025

Record 3 "Start Date" 5/14/2025

I can figure out how to only create the number of "N" records based on the Dates, but I don't know how to "get to" the Start Date for each record.  I know it's going to be a formula value based on either the start or end Date but I can't figure it out.

We have a User in our Org that has the ability to schedule report subscriptions but isn't receiving them in her inbox. She does have the ability to receive the Subscriptions she is included on, but only if they're made by another User.

What we've checked:

  1. Salesforce and Outlook are connected
  2. Email is verified
  3. She has the ability to view all fields in the report
  4. She can schedule the subscription email
  5. Has the ability to receive other reports that are scheduled by our team and have her added on the subscription list.
  6. The Scheduled Jobs in Set up show it was Submitted, Started and Next Scheduled Date
  7. I have tested with both Private and Public folders, they both show in the Scheduled Jobs

Do you know of any resources, tools or guides for managing a large number of unmailable prospects in MCAE/Pardot? I could extract a CSV of all of our unmailable prospects to understand what the larger issue is, but do you know of any way in Pardot I can administer them? Are there any tools in the market which can tackle this issue or do you know of any articles or other resources which can guide me? Thank you.
