In QCP, I'm getting undefined for: 

quoteModel.record["Project__r"]["Project_Country__c"]

However this seems to return a value: 

quoteModel.record["Project__r"]["Name"]

According to the documentation, it should work for custom fields too.  

What am I missing?

Hi there, 

We’ve suddenly run into an issue with formal and informal greetings in Salesforce NPSP. 

Previously, the greetings were behaving correctly. For example, if a contact was marked as deceased (e.g. John [Deceased] and Margaret Smith), the formal greeting would correctly show Margaret Smith, and the informal greeting would show Margaret

only. 

However, last Friday we noticed that deceased contacts were being included again in both the formal and informal greetings. We initially assumed it might have been changed accidentally by a team member, so we corrected it manually. 

But this morning, we found the same record had reverted — the deceased spouse was included again in the greetings! 

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

At the stage in the prompt builder superbadge where I'm trying to update the flow to update the fitness record with the translated text, I'm getting an error message that the text is too long.  How can this be fixed?  See screenshot 

We are in the process of removing one of the emails in the Email-to-case settings. What is the best process to decommission that or if anyone knows of a Salesforce knowledge article that has the steps to do so?

I do not love that each developer needs to set up notifications individually in Jobs Monitor but I have a worse situation.  We have file uploads that come from Mulesoft integrations. According to our developer, because the error happened in CRM Analytics, they do not get an error message.  Is there a way to be notified by CRMA when a file upload fails?

I have a repeater component that I am using inside an element in my flow. In this repeater, one of the fields is the

. Normally, in order to make your output variable available for use in other parts of the flow you have to configure the advanced section and manually assign your variable etc. However, when the Unofficial Lookup component is nested inside the repeater, the Advanced section and ability to manually assign the output variable is totally gone. Is this a limitation of the Lookup component or am I doing something wrong? I'm hoping the latter.

I have a object called discounts the records get pumped in from a different system to make Discount records.  When the records come in our users submit them for approval from their managers however there are situations sometimes where a discount gets submitted for approval but someone in the other system cancels the discount for some reason and that gets pushed moving the record status to canceled.   

This causes there to be an approval request still in the system waiting for approval or denial but the record is effectively in a canceled status which makes it denied.  Is there a way I can make the status update cancel any existing approval requests? 

Currently we use the old approval process but we are working on moving to the new orchestration method which I would like to know if its possible to do it in both ways.
