I upgraded to dynamic, it was unsupported by mobile version. Then I tried to separate desktop and mobile versions but we can only have one page layout assigned to a profile.

I am wondering if anyone had any experience migrating File attachments from CRM to FSC.  What are some of the tools you leveraged to do the migration if the file count over 100,000. Or did you use the ETL to bring the data to FSC.

     There are pre-built, end-to-end migration paths available to FSC on AppExchange that help de-risk and accelerate these types of transitions.

I'm currently in the process of creating a second-generation package. I'm using the Einstein Copliot (Agentforce), and have created  Custom AgentForce Topics, Actions, Prompt Builder Templates, Function, and Prompt Trigger Flow that I now want to include in the package.

However, when I attempt to retrieve mentioned component using the following command:

sf project retrieve start --metadata Agent:Copilot_for_Salesforce --target-org AgentForceTest

I receive the following error: which shows the Cross Reference regarding the First GP Managed Fields & Custom Fields

Has anyone encountered this before? How can I identify which specific component is causing this error?

Error (UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION): INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY: invalid cross reference id

 

Additional context:

  • I have installed the First GP managed package in the org.
  • The templates I'm using reference a custom field from that package.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    please make sure that you have a user record for the Name mentioned under account's owner. 

    when referring to the member try to use the symbol - '@'  followed by person's name 

    Ex: @abcxyz

    Check for a sandbox environment or a “Sales AI Playground” from Traihead. Go to Agentforce module and create AI Enabled playground. Its valid for 3 days but you can explore

Hi Trailblazers,

I’m trying to reschedule my Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification exam by 4–6 days, but the Webassessor portal isn’t showing any reschedule option. My exam is already planned, and I’m still within a reasonable timeframe.

I’ve already submitted two Trailhead support cases but haven’t received any response in the last three days. Has anyone faced a similar issue, or is there any way to escalate this?

Any help or guidance is appreciated!
