Has anyone else seen duplicate emails sending? I've started getting emails to both my personal email and work email. My personal email is the preferred email.

This is happening when colleagues are using Send List Email and I'm on the list, but also sending from Email alerts on flows.

Anyone else seen anything like this?

OK, I'm embarrased, I've worked out the problem...

Because colleagues keep emailing my gmail instead of my work email I have an email filter to forward emails from my work domain to my work email.

Thank you all for your input :)

Hello, I created two new rollups that have recently gone missing in production. They are still present in the sandbox I originally built in before deployment. Is there an audit trail available that could highlight actions done, similar to the Salesforce one?

I'm stucked on tutorial about to create a user record for your agent.

The issue is

We can't find the 'Use Agentforce SDR Agent' Permission Set assigned to the correct user.

But I have it created and assgined to the permission set Agentforce SDR agent.

Stucked on Build an Agent to Nurture Leads Project - Create a User Record for Your AgentAny ideas?

In years past, you used to be able to go to the Lead Page Layout Properties, and check the "Default" checkbox under Lead Assignment Checkbox while leaving the "Show on edit page" box unchecked. This resulted in leads being run through Lead Assignment Rules without giving the user the opportunity to (incorrectly) choose to ignore these rules by unchecking the box. (Screenshot below from 2016)

Default Lead Assignment Checkbox without showing on Page Layout - Not Possible anymore?

I can't find documentation on when this option was changed - however, in the current version of Salesforce you cannot choose "Default" anymore without first selecting "Show on edit page". It seems like SFDC made them "dependent" on one another. (New screenshot below)

User-added image

I can basically configure it in 3 ways now:

1. Show on the Page, Defaulted

2. Show on the Page, Not Defaulted

3. Do Not Show on the Page, Not Defaulted

They've systematically removed the 4th option of "Do Not Show on the page, Defaulted". This results in my end-users getting click-happy and unchecking this box without realizing what they're doing, which causes leads to not route to where they should, and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to stop it. Am I missing something here, or is this just a new enforcement on SFDC that I can't get around? Do I really not have an option of running all leads through assignment rules without showing the option to the end-user and giving them the ability to turn it off?

Our assignment rules should ALWAYS run, and users should not have the option to disable them - why did Salesforce make this change?

    Hello Morgan,

I have a solution for these. Even if we check that box on lightning, it is also not visible. Then, below are the steps to follow:-

I am sure it will work.

    ✅ Workaround & Solution

You're on Lightning, but here's what you can do to regain control over this behavior:

🔄 Switch to Salesforce Classic and configure the layout there

    1. Go to Setup → Object Manager → Lead → Page Layouts
    2. Switch to Salesforce Classic UI
    3. Open the Lead Page Layout
    4. Check the Lead Assignment Checkbox
    5. Save the layout
    6. Now, switch back to Lightning and check the behavior

✅ You will find that the checkbox is visible to users.

the error says: Step not yet complete in Resilient Moose Playground

An unexpected error occurred while inserting Opportunity records and we couldn't check your work. Make sure Opportunity records can be inserted in this org, and click "Check Challenge" again. If this continues, contact the Trailhead Help team.

what do i do now? i've done every single step multiple times still its  showing the same error again and again?

Hi everyone,

How are you using Opportunities in Education Cloud Fundraising? I’ve seen a few models and would love to hear what’s working for you:

  • Option 1: Use Opportunities for cultivation and create Gift Commitments + Transactions once the gift is secured.
  • Option 2: Use Opportunities + Transactions only, like in NPSP.
  • Option 3: Use Gift Commitments + Transactions exclusively, with custom stages to track the lifecycle.

Each approach has trade-offs. DPE works best with Option 1, but forecasting tools that rely on Opportunities may miss untied Gift Commitments.

How are you handling this?

Thanks!
