Hello Everyone, I have some thoughts but would love other insight as to how you are preparing for this change in 2026.  I have about 12 active profiles; the others were created from Installed Managed packages.  I don't have many permission sets but could do a good review to see if any overlap since taking over the admin role for our company.  Is everyone creating the permission sets, then moving the Profile to Private one object at a time?  I created an excel sheet start with profiles and working my way down to what specfic permissions were needed.  I know groups is an option as well.  I am looking at the amount of hours needed to perform this change, so if anyone thought of shortcuts, I am open ears.  thanks 

I have a report that I have created to look at the Cases in different statuses on Salesforce. 

Some of the Statuses are where cases have been addressed whereas some are were they have not been replied to yet. I am looking to add a formula that tells me the percentage of how many are responded to vs the total for the day. 

I have created a bucket column to group cases status in to 2 groups but I'm not able to add this so I must be doing something incorrectly. Is there a different way to do this?

My Agentforce Service agent can create a case. I would like it to populate a restricted picklist field with a value. How can I ensure that it doesn't try to pass an unrecognized value? Would I have to create an action that uses prompt builder to process certain terms or is there a better/easier way around this? 

So, I have a small application that I made in Anypoint Studio that retrieves file names alongside the folder names associated with those files. The output on Postman includes the folders and beneath the folder names are the list of files in the folder. In the design I am using a foreach loop in order to display information folder by folder. However, when I query or click "Send" on Postman the output on Postman shows up fine but the JSON loggers on my Anypoint Studio show up for a split second then is overwritten with raw metadata from the system. If someone can give me some guidance that would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All. I hope you can point me in the correct direction.     We have created a custom date field within an opportunity. Let's call it project_start_date.     We are adding products to the opportunity and would like the ServiceDate field to be set to the project_start_date.

I am trying to finish my App builder recert Learn Conditional Formatting and Get Hands-On with Dynamic Forms and it is saying the name field is Name is not selected as the Primary Field on the Dynamic Highlights Panel when it is. I have activated it is as the org default but it still continues to say that.  

Anyone else have this issue or know how to get past this?

The instructions on this trail say "For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object

" under Unified Link 2. There is no dropdown available for this, and I can't type in a value. I cannot progress beyond this, as other steps are dependent. How can I resolve this? 

I've had many issues with this challenge - seems there are ongoing bugs.  

Hi I have triple checked enabled requirements, instructions etc.  Agent user is  EinsteinServiceAgent User . I deleted and recreated the Agent but still receiving "Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the booking. Would you like to speak to a representative for further assistance?" all other actions work except for the booking.  Please see attached.  Thanks!
