I came across the 360 Mass Mailer App, which seems to fit our needs. Has anyone here used it? If so, what issues have you encountered? We are trying to migrating from chat functionality to Messaging in App and Web. We start in our Dev box. But we are not able to enable the message checkbox setting in Messaging setting.
Do we need any license for that ?
Can we have a proper documents for implementing the functionality or any tool to migrate the chat to messaging in App out of box?

There is an ongoing issue in that section.
Please check few things
1. Data ingestion should be done properly
2. Data mapping should be proper
3. Rules are added in identity resolution
If all are proper do check in incognito mode or another browser.
Even after this if Nothing worked you neee to wait till the issue is resolved from SF.

We have a requirement where we need to show a specific RM Portfolio report as a separate tab in Salesforce. Ideally, when users log in, they should land directly on this "RM Portfolio" tab and see the report by default.

Yes, similar to that — when I open the app, the 'RM Portfolio' tab is set as the default, and it directly displays the 'RM Portfolio' report. However, when I create a web tab and click on it, it redirects to the Reports tab and then displays the report, which is not aligned with our use case.
Please guide us on how to achieve this use case.

Our artistic director is working off of an antiquated process builder that sends text alerts to him when a VIP/major donor patron is scanned as attended.
I am trying to recreate this process in Flows, but I do not know how.
Can anyone build a flow for me that sends text alerts to our Artistic Director and Development Director?

I have the option of selecting "ticket order item" as my object, but I'm not sure how to correct the syntax of these two fields:

Attended = true and
Amount donated this fiscal year >= 500

I have an orchestrated approval with three approvers. The approval process itself is working correctly now. I'm trying to add information in the screen flow used to gather info from the approvers. I've successfully added input variables to the screen flow, but no changes that I make to the screen in the screen flow appear to the approvers. What is going on here?
I've deleted the older versions of the screen flow. I've deleted the older versions of the orchestration flow. It looks like what is being shown is maybe the original version of the screen from the template. How would I change this?
