Hey @Anshika Naithani, can you verify that the Developer name of the created app is Travel_App. It is the developer name that is used for verification. From Quick Find, search for App Manager.  Click the down-facing triangle at the right side of your Travel App and then click Edit. Verify that the Developer Name is Travel_App. If not, change it to Travel_App

Hey @Sakshi Tomar, make sure the label and api name is exact as mentioned in the error message and also the field is created on the Account object.

Also, make sure your user has alteast Read access to this field

  1. Select Change Record Type from the dropdown menu.
  2. Ensure B2B Opportunities is selected and click Next

When I click on the dropdown I do not have change record type even though I have added it to the page layout. I am stumped here as to why its not showing up. cleared cache and the usual suspect things

Hey @Kurt King, not sure which challenge you are working on, but make sure the needed record types are active on that object in your Salesforce org.

Hey @Banduka Devi Sri Sai, kindly follow the steps below to disconnect your current Agentforce/data cloud Playground and create a new one.

    1. Go to a standard playground badge like this one: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/configure-a-net-zero-cloud-org/create-net-zero-cloud-profiles-and-users
    2. Scroll to the bottom and click the 3 dots next to the playground listed
    3. Click Manage Orgs
    4. Click Create Playground
    5. When it is made, refresh the page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Agentforce org (org starting with Epic.....)

After these steps are done, navigate to your actual Module link , refresh the page and you should be able to create a new org.

I completed step 7 of creating CC Service Agent and in Agentforce Builder.  I see Topics in the side panel but there are no topics displayed (or "New" button).Configure Agentforce for Service: Topics not showing in Agentforce Builder, No

Agent is NOT Activated.

I do see topics in SETUP > AGENT DETAILS.

Anyone else come across this issue when completing challenge or have suggestions?

I am getting the following error message when trying to complete Challenge 1: "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

The Agentforce Data Library setup is missing the required Code of Conduct PDF configuration. Please allow sufficient time for the configuration to complete."

However, I have successfully uploaded the PDF and waited to appropriate time for the library to be set up so the status now says "Ready." I can see the PDF attached when I go to the Agentforce Builder and select the appropriate Data Library. Please advise. Thank you!

I’m working on the "Enhance Copilot to Act on Data with Conversational Language" module in the Agentblaze Champion trail.

Issue:

The instructions require using the unifiedLinkIndividual_ccid variable in a flow, but this variable

doesn’t appear as available

in the Flow Builder (screenshot attached). I created a new Org using the module’s prompt, so all setup should be pristine.

Steps taken:

  1. Made a new Org through the modules prompt
  2. Connected that Org to the module via login
