Can two Discussion Group tabs function separately with different groups in each?  I created a new Salesforce Object - Group tab, but the groups from the other main Discussion Groups show.  Thanks for any guidance!

    Hi @Julie Hillyer

Yes, you can configure multiple Discussion Group tabs in Salesforce Experience Cloud to display different sets of groups.

    • You can create separate pages within Experience Builder for each group category.
    • On each page, add the standard Groups component and apply topic filters to display only the relevant groups.
    • Then, use the Tab Layout component to organize these pages into tabs, ensuring each tab corresponds to a specific group category.
    • Finally, configure the navigation menu to include these tabs, providing users with easy access to different group categories.

If so, please let me know how I can get that taken care of. Thanks!

I have a certification in one account and another one in another account. I merged my Trailhead accounts but now my certifications do not show and I receive the following message:

"Merge Webassessor Accounts

It seems you have multiple Webassessor accounts. Please merge the accounts in order to display the credentials on the page."

Since long time I'm having this issue each time I update @salesforce/cli. When updated and trying to execute a sf command, the terminal says:

/npm/sf: line 11: exec: -S: invalid optionexec: usage: exec [-cl] [-a name] [command [argument ...]] [redirection ...]

and the command doesn't get executed.

The quick fix is to navigate to /npm/sf and manually change from

exec "$basedir/-S" to exec "$basedir/node"

but I want the definitive fix. Someone has experimented this before?

Thank you!

    Hi @Carmen Prieto

To ensure a stable Salesforce CLI environment, I recommend using the official Salesforce CLI installer rather than installing via npm, as npm-based installations can sometimes introduce configuration issues.

    Additionally:

    • Set the environment variable SFDX_AUTOUPDATE_DISABLE=true to prevent automatic updates that may cause errors.
    • Use sf update to update the CLI if installed via the official installer. Avoid updating through npm to prevent potential script issues.
    • If the issue persists, consider uninstalling the CLI, removing any conflicting plugins, and reinstalling it using the official installer.

These steps should help resolve the exec: -S: invalid option error and maintain a reliable setup.

    Thanks!

When I run

sf update

I get the error

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'statusCode')

This may be related to the following error when I run

sf doctor

which returns

...fail - can't access: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/services/datapass - [@salesforce/plugin-deploy-retrieve] sourceApiVersion matches apiVersionfail - can't access: https://test.salesforce.comfail - can't access: https://developer.salesforce.com/media/salesforce-cli/sf/channels/stable/sf-win32-x64-buildmanifest...'npm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file....

This is a fresh install of the CLI. I can access those three sites via Chrome.

It may be related to the corporate firewall, because I don't get the error on my personal machine.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently importing Leads manually using Salesforce Inspector, but I noticed that the Lead Assignment Rules are not being triggered during the import process.

Everything works fine when creating Leads manually from the UI, the correct owner is assigned based on our active assignment rules. However, when I import Leads via Salesforce Inspector, the records are created, but they retain my user as the default owner instead of being routed according to the assignment rules.

Is there a way to trigger assignment rules when importing data via Salesforce Inspector?

If you're expecting to scale or customize heavily in future, go with Flow. If your rules are stable and simple, Lead Assignment Rules

    work great.

Need to reuse existing Assignment Rules in Flow?  - Use Flow with "Use Lead Assignment Rules" checked

    Hi @Sonali Shejal

Salesforce does not support disabling list view buttons (such as Edit or Delete) based on record field values. You can refer to the IdeaExchange link below and consider upvoting the feature request:
