Hi Team,
Having trouble pulling list of users from salesforce set up. Im working on the ' Use the Import Data Wizrd ' part of the module before I give the challenge a shot. seem to be having a difficult time pulling the list users to import to a csv using data loader. Ive been following the step by step videos attached in the module, but still seem to keep getting stuck. any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong or need to do differently.

Hi Folks,
I have one requirement to autofill the fields.
When ‘Yes’ value is selected for Field 1 and Field 2 then then Field 3 and Field 4 auto-fills with ‘Yes’ and does not allow any other option to select.
All these four fields are picklist fields.
Please provide your suggestions to achieve this functionality.

Hi @JAIPALREDDY DUREDDY, I think you can use Flow to automatically update Field 3 and Field 4 to "Yes" when both Field 1 and Field 2 are set to "Yes".
Then add a Validation Rule to prevent users from changing the fields.

The object is Request TRacker. We do work requested by others within the org. We have a field Actual Completed Date. Manager wants years down the side (so I'm thinking Actual Completed Date sorted by year in Group Rows. Then somehow, like with the same field grouped columns by Month. How to do?

You need 2 formula one for year based grouping and other for Month based.

In NPSP orgs I've worked with in the past, we used the Do Not Contact checkbox to prevent a contact being added to a campaign.
Is there equivalent functionality in NPC? If not, what workarounds are people using?

I am executing the project Connect Data Cloud to Agentforce and Prompt Builder > Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout. In the step updates the Lightning record page for Contact, I am encountering the following error: "We had trouble processing the request. We've reported the problem to Customer Support with error ID: undefined."

in that case try to delete current SF Org, create New and retake this Challenge on it.
To create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org, you need to delete the current one, and only after that will you be able to create a new one.
To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:
1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.
2. Create a new "standard" Playground.
3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.
Now you can create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org.

For some reason I'm not getting a reset so I can create a new playground. Any suggestions to who to ask for help? Was easy in the past. Already sent an email to help.

Usually, the email arrives immediately, but this happens when you CREATE an Einstein/Data Cloud/Agentforce AI Playground.
If you have previously created it but didn’t manage to activate it and are now trying to “reset the password” during authorization, the email won’t be sent.
In this case, you need to contact Salesforce Support and ask them to deactivate that Playground for you.
After that, you will be able to create a new one.
I had a similar situation, and it took two days to resolve the issue.
