I have screen flow to enter case details. In screen compoent, I have created couple of picklist fields.  

There are two picklist field Creative Type and Length 

My requirement is: 

If Creative Type = Carting, let user to select value from Length field. However if Creative type = "Credit", Length should have auto populate value "10" and disable it. It is working fine. I created another picklist component with only value with "10" and apply conditional visiblit based on Creative type.  

 

The problem is: 

if User select Carting as Creative Type and Length = 15 and click on Next button. Now if click on Previous screen, and change creative type to "Credit", lenght picklist is disable to edit but it is blank. It suppose to show value 10 and disable. How can I bring value 10 when user click on previous button.   

It works perfectly when you enter Credit for the first time. it just does not work when you click on previous button incase of select another option . 

I hope I am making sense.

    Hello @Suchitra Khanal,  

    The issue is specifically when:

    1. User selects Carting >> selects Length = 15 >> clicks Next.
    2. Then clicks Previous >> changes Creative Type to Credit.
    3. Now, the disabled Length picklist is visible, but its value is blank instead of showing 10.

    This happens because the disabled picklist field (for Credit) is shown based on conditional visibility, but its value is not automatically assigned again when navigating back using the Previous button. Screen flow does not re-run logic or set default values again when going back to a screen using navigation buttons. So the Length field doesn’t update unless the user explicitly triggers logic. 

     

    You can use a Formula or Assignment between the screens to assign the value based on the selection.

Hi,

A couple of our clients had problems with updating API versions. However, we're able to resolve it. We would like to finish this change, as the clients are not sure if everything is correct. We've enabled the change using Release updates. Is there anything else we could do to enforce the change or the only way is to wait till May, 2026 release?

How do I ensure that any currency amounts on an opportunity are are displayed\converted to the Company currency and not the record currency.  I've modified the standard Account summary template.

    1. Enabled Advanced use of he convertedAmount field or formula to display values in corporate Currency. 

    2. In the template, we use the convertedAmount field or formula to display values in corporate currency. 

    3. If you are using a custom data source or Apex fetch ConvertedAmount instead of Amount: 

    SELECT Name, Amount, ConvertedAmount, CurrencyIsCode FROM Opportunity 

    4  . In JSON or a prompt template, ensure you are referencing the converted field, not the raw Amount.

Dear Community, 

 

I'm using bucketing to group users under team leaders in my data recipe. Bucket labels are team lead names. This used to work flawlessly until recently, yet for two weeks the bucket labels seem to have been limited to 8 characters. This results in showing team lead names cut in arbitrary points. There are similar bucketing operations within the recipe, and they seem to work as expected. It seems that only this one operation has the problem. I've also checked the underlying data, which seems to have no change. 

 

I've noticed that recently the interface for setting bucket labels received a change, maybe that is the culprit? 

 

Finally, looking around for a solution I've discovered that bucket label names have a character limit of 255 and API labels 40. Was there a recent change on this? Can this be limited from the organization level?

Hello everyone, 

We keep having the problem that technicians complete their work order and do not create the service report at the end. Our process is as follows:

1. technicians report their times

2. technician completes the work order - here we use an FS Mobile Flow in which all the data relevant for the service report is collected

3. technician creates the service report in the app

 

Are there any solutions you have built here? 

Or do you have to live with this and sensitize the technicians even more to actually create the report at the end after the work order has been completed?

    I mean there is no out of the box option, that a service report is required before complete a service appointment. With some automation and a custom service report flow you could allow the last status change via mobile app only by using the field service report flow.

Hello, 

I have a question about Document Builder. I created a template (on Work Order object) and I would like to display the completed/uncompleted Work Steps on the document. 

I added the Related Record Table component with the following information : 

- Parent Record : Work Order 

- Related entity : Work Steps (Work Order ID) 

- I've selected two fields to display 

 

 

Add Work Steps on Document Builder

 

 

 

When I generate the Service Report on Field Service Mobile App, this section doesn't appear. What am I missing ?

    Are there work steps available related to the work order you are testing with? I mean there are two different related lists with work steps (work steps and work steps (new) in the system. Can you pls. check, if you have the right one added. In addition pls. check the field service permissions set, if they are all up to date and if they have access to the work plans and work steps.

 We've set up two schedules for appointments: a primary weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM) and a secondary weekend schedule (9 AM - 1 PM). Territories and resources have been assigned to both. However, when we try to book an appointment for a weekend time and territory, the slots from the secondary weekend schedule don't show up. What could be missing or what might be going wrong?

    Hey @Ruth Amalia Forero if you assign the operation hours to both, then the system will use only the operating hours to the service territory membership and not both. Best would be to include the weekend schedule into the same operating hours as "overtime" and adopt the scheduling policy to allow overtime.
