We have created a few Einstein Insights Bots and are showcasing the outputs using the  Marketplace Custom Insights Explorer Widget. 

 

The date range selected during set-up of Einstein Insights Bots is previous month

Insights Explorer Marketplace Custom Widget Date Range issue

 

There seems to be date issue when viewing the dashboard from different time zones. 

 

When a user from IST timezone is viewing the Custom Insights Explorer Widget on dashboard the date range matches with the date range selected during bot set-up.

When the user from EST timezone is viewing the Custom Insights Explorer Widget on dashboard the date range does not match to what is selected on the bot.

Is there a way to fix this issue from the JS code ? 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi there,  

 

I have tried to use a smart list in an experience cloud site for external users and I cannot get the component to display. These users have access to the Object and the fields in the Smart List. The Component has been added to the experience builder page and configured to the correct Smart List Definition, the experience site has been published. The users have access to all the smart List apex classes and yet when I login as a user I don't see it at all on the page. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Sorry for the delay in response. @Francois Medioni this is for a list of Contacts, there is no parent record. Access to the contacts is granted via apex. @Usman Khan I have logged in as a user to the site and I cannot see the smart list. I have turned on debug logs for that user and there is nothing logged.

We have a flow that has been running for almost 2 years without issue. It runs every M,W,F and autocreates our service delivery records for Meals on Wheels.  The filtering on the records narrows them significantly: is the service session today? Does it contain MOW? If so get service participants who have an active program engagement with MOW, whose meals for today are not zero, etc. There are 18 sessions on each of these weekdays with under 350 active participants.  The numbers do not increase or increase much- they float around the 350.  Last week Monday ran fine, but Wednesday and Friday and this Monday I got the error message referenced above. It creates about 1/3 of the service deliveries and then stops.  Any thoughts?

Hi Team,

 

I was taking my salesforce data cloud consultant examination on 28th Oct, 2023. After 1 hour of taking the test, I got a warning on the screen with no mention about any specific details. My test got resumed. After a minute or so the examiner asked me to show the surrounding ( the walls, desk etc ) . I followed their instructions and showed them the whole room. I had a couple of necessary items on my desk like the water bottle, and Government ID cards for verification purposes.They suspended my test without stating any clear reasons by just mentioning that I will get mail from the support team on further steps which I haven't received yet and it's been over 10 days. 

 

I myself reached out to Kryterion support team, and they reverted back with the following message.

 

Kryterion support: Your exam has been suspended. We are unable to effectively and properly proctor your exam due to your failure to meet certain behavioral or environmental requirements identified by the test sponsor. You have been alerted of behaviors or testing environment infractions that inhibit effective proctoring and you have acknowledged these alerts. The permissible limit of alerts set by the test sponsor has been reached. For this reason, you may not continue your exam. Your responses received up to this point will be reviewed or submitted and your test sponsor will notify you of the final results, if applicable.

 

It is very sad to see the above response as there was just 1 warning from support guy and that too it was not clear. 

 

I have already opened a case with the trailhead support team. Case no. #01058848 but no response yet. 

 

I have given other certification exams ( Tableau Desktop Specialist ) through the same test partner i.e Kryterion. And I have never faced such an issue before. The environment check is usually done before the start of examination along with Identity check ( checking the govt issued ID card ) and the same were mentioned in the video that is played before the launch of examination. All of this ID card checking, room/environment checking didn't happen prior to the start of examination. This ideally shouldn't happen because checking the environment in middle of taking test simply breaks the flow and concentration of one taking the test. 

 

Getting this certification is really important for me for my job and career as I am going to embark on a new journey with salesforce. I have put my heart and soul in the preparation. Getting kicked out in the middle of taking test without proper response and that too when I have already answered all the questions is really disheartening. 

 

I sincerely request the team to look into my case and suggest further steps to reschedule my exam at the earliest possible.

Hello, I've completed the Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout lesson however when I go to verify my 100 points, I received the following error message (see screenshot #1). However, it looks like I did set this up in my sandbox (see screenshot #2). Can you please help me resolve this so I can move onto the next lesson? Thank you in advance

    - Thank you for your reply. Forgive me... I don't use these systems as part of my day-to-day job so I need some handholding. Below is what I see what I click on Sofia Rodriguez. Where is the "Related tab"? How do I open a contact? Where is the setup cog icon? Where do I go to edit a page?
