Hi  

I am trying to redo this quizz as I had errors,  

will the playground rest by 

Expires 7/14/2025 at 2:00 AM GMT+2  

meaning all is lost and I can redo from scratch?  

 

issue I have is that I have delete the "Create guest list flow" so I cannot configure it again, thx.

Hello everyone,  

Im working on the AnimalLocator challenge of APEX REST Callouts and I have on the developer console:   

duplicate value found: <unknown> duplicates value on record with id: <unknown>   

i have been looking in object manager for AnimalLocator object but it does not exist. When i tried to look for the record in the developer console on Anonymous Apex with code:    // Replace 'UniqueField__c' with the field you suspect is unique  String testValue = 'A12345'; // Replace with your actual value  List<AnimalLocator__c> matches = [      SELECT Id, Name, UniqueField__c FROM AnimalLocator__c       WHERE UniqueField__c = :testValue  ];  System.debug('Matching Records: ' + matches);     The output was:    Execute Anonymous Error  Line: 3, Column: 1  Invalid type: AnimalLocator_c    I have tried to locate it and cant seem to find it..    @* Salesforce Developers *

I have performed these steps.... 

 

  1. Click Setup and select Setup.
  2. In the Quick Find box, search for and select Einstein Setup.
  3. On the Einstein Setup page, toggle the Turn on Einstein button to the On position. (Depending on your org, Turn on Einstein may already be toggled on.)
  4. Refresh the browser window.
  5. In the Quick Find box, search for and select Agentforce Agents.
  6. On the Agentforce Studio | Agentforce Agents page, toggle the Agentforce button to the On position.
  7. Refresh the browser window again to activate additional Agentforce features

But when I go to to Agentforce Builder and select "+ New Agent", I don't see an "Agentforce Service Agent" tile. 

 

All I see is  

- Create from a Template 

- Create with Gen AI 

 

Is there something obvious that I am missing here?

    Recomienddo que sigass diferentes Comunidades de Trailblazers (buscando aquí en los grupos), o en LinkedId. Hay varias que comparten mucha información de utilidad.  

     

    Te comparto una publicación que encontré recientemente donde harán un curso para Admin, en agosto 2025.  

     

    También te invito a que sigas la comunidad de Trailblazers de CDMX y de Monterrey MX. Ahí puedes ir preguntando las dudas que vayas teniendo y/o unirte a sus grupos de whatsapp.

Hi Trailblazers,

I’ve set up an Omnichannel Flow and configured a Messaging Channel with the appropriate queue and routing. I also created an Experience Cloud Site and embedded the Messaging Deployment correctly. All necessary configurations, including the agent status, permissions, and queue assignments, have been verified.

However, the agent does not appear in the chat session when a user initiates a conversation from the Experience Site. The bot loads correctly, but the handoff to an agent never happens, and no agent seems to be available even though one is online and configured properly.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

  • Messaging Deployment is correctly embedded in the Experience Site.
  • Agent is active, online, and assigned to the correct queue.
  • Omnichannel Flow ends with a queue routing to a live agent.
  • All permission sets and licenses are in place.
  • Einstein Bot is configured with proper handoff settings.
  • There are no errors showing in the logs or MessagingSession records.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can offer guidance on what else I should check?

    Yes everything seems right. In setup. I can reach chat and all the messaging session coming in messaging session object but i couldnt connect with my agent. Btw i am open with sharing screen and find solution together. It took me a day to trying to solve issue. Thanks.

In Tableau, I was able to extract around 1 crore rows when using MySQL as the backend. But when I run the same query on Databricks, it is failing.

Hello All,  

 

I have my Agentforce Specialist exam scheduled this september 2025, I am unable to reschedule in webassesor as that platform Will be not valid and exam is moving to trailhead academy. 

Can i cancel my exam and later on schedule it in the Trailhead academy portal?  

 

Please note: Agentforce specialist is a free exam and i dont have any voucher for that to schedule it again in the new trailhead Academy.
