I am stuck in challenge 1 in the Agentforce for Service Superbadge Unit. I have done all the preparation, I have defined the agents role and context, I have integrated knowledge articles in Agentforce Builder, but when I get to Integrate the Code of Conduct and User Agreement File, I get an error when trying to upload det file to a new Data library.
In Setup Agentforce Data Library I click New Library, and after naming it I choose Files as Data type. I have downloadet the Code of Conduct-file from the challenge without renaming it, and I choose it for upload but I get an error saying: We couldnt upload your file. Try again.
I have tried in both Edge and Chrome, but same thing.
Can anyone guide me to what I am missing?

I have an omniScript where I am placing a custom LWC.
However, when I activate the OmniScript and go to where it is being launched. It does not display the LWC.
I have configured the LWC like so:

I want to complete "Report Administration for Agentforce Readiness Superbadge Unit" but it gives me error every time its not a usual error it give like this 'Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
Whoops, looks like there was a problem. Please try again' .
Because of that I create a new Org but same thing I received its really frustrating please me help in this regard.

I'm currently working on the same superbadge and ran into the same error during the second challenge, which I wasn’t able to complete. I've already tried clearing cache, using different browsers (IE, Chrome, Incognito), and even accessed it from a different IP address — but the issue persists.
I agree this doesn't seem to be on our end; it looks like something Salesforce Support needs to address. Have they responded to your case(June 26) yet? Just to be safe, I’ve also raised a support case for the same issue.

Please make sure to switch both your playground (avatar photo > settings > language and timezone), and your trailhead unit page (please scroll down to the very bottom of the unit page, below the challenge section) in english.
Once done, try to create the filtered listview again, and see if the field appears this time. Eric

I have previously attempted my Salesforce Administration exam with Kryterion/Webassesor, but unfortunately I was not successful on my first attempt. I am now in the process of preparing for my second attempt.
Over at Kryterion my rewrite is at a discounted price ($100), if I schedule my exam on the new platform, do I keep my discounted rewrite price, or will the exam cost be the same as for a first time attempt ($200)?
