When I go through amendment process, I enter some value to SBQQ__TargetCustomerAmount__c and it affects the discount of zero quantity line items, is it a way to workaround that? See the screenshots below.

Hi @Apurva Mangela, I suggest continuing with your Admin certification first, then moving on to Salesforce development so you can take the Platform Developer I exam (though I’m not sure if the exam name might change in the future). You can also choose to take the App Builder certification either before or after PD1 — both paths are fine depending on your comfort level.
Being a good Admin is key to becoming a strong Developer. It helps you understand when to use declarative solutions and when a programmatic approach (like writing Apex code) is more appropriate.

Hi everyone,
I'm still new to Salesforce and was trying to install the
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Digital Engagement SMS Integration package (by Salesforce Labs) into my playground org.
But I got this error during installation:
I don’t understand what this means. Does it have to do with Marketing Cloud or something else I haven’t set up?
Is there something I need to install first before this works?
And is it even possible to use this package in a playground org?
I’d really appreciate it if anyone could explain what’s going on in simple terms or point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!

Hi @CHISOM NWEKE, I think the error occurs because the required SMS Flow actions (Send_SMS, Send_SMS_Message) are missing. These are only available if Digital Engagement is provisioned and Messaging is enabled in your Salesforce org (based on appexchange) To fix it, make sure:
-Digital Engagement is active in your org.
-SMS Messaging Channel is set up.
-Required Messaging Templates exist.
-Permissions are correctly assigned.
