Hello. Apologies for the simple questions but I'm getting myself confused around non profit cloud. We are looking at case management to record the 'onboarding' of people to a service and as part of this need to capture some information at the time they start and then some others after. I'm getting myself in a mix as to what object to use for what:
- Initial onboarding referral information, consents etc. (one off)
- General risk assessment (one off)
- Risk assessments (multiple)
- Specific questions for different types of interactions
Assessments, care plans and action plans are blurring in my head at the moment - Any pointers massively appreciated.
Thanks @Alessio Ilari - I was looking at referrals and cases and the assessment using omnistudio, but we have program management so will take a look.
Ques:- On Account rating:- hot, need to show 5 sections on record, On Account rating:- Cold, need to show 2 sections on record. How can I do this??
I have found one way of doing it using flexi page. there is field sections options there and i can filters in component visibility.
Can anyone tell how can I achieve this without using flexi page.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the fields are picklist please use dependent picklist.

I need to write one condition in flow Like 1 OR 2 AND 3 AND 4 AND 5 or is based on recordt type but when i updated same logic in flow its ot able to activate me showing error.
Can someone guide what type of logic we need to update

Building a button that launches a screen flow. So far the button is linked the the correct flow, and have made sure that the variables adhere to Slack standards (channel names).
The flow runs as expected when it the flow executes as the Slack app. However, the channel that gets created the app retains the admin permissions, which does not work for my current workflow.
When I update the flow to run as the user to executes the flow, it fails with the following error:
Error Occurred: We can't find a Slack access token for the user that matches the connection values you provided: Slack App: {id} and Slack Workspace: {id}.
I have system admin permissions in salesforce, and it still fails for me. Has anyone else run into a similar problem/how were you able to get around this?

Hi @Kevin Zhang I think this happens because the Flow is set to run as the user, but the user (even if they're an admin) hasn’t connected their Slack account to Salesforce yet. Each user needs to authorize the Slack app in Salesforce for it to work. Have you already set up the Slack integration under Slack Setup in Salesforce?

while creating the new user i wasn't able to create it as it is showing like this after clicking on save.
and also while creating in the user license iam unable to select the salesforce platform as it is not showing in the list and also in profile

The license salesforce platform might be allocated and is exhausted.
Please deactivate any user with salesforce platform license and then try to create a new user. You can find the license available.

I have three quote templates and all are activated. When I click Generate PDF from the quote template, I would expect a list to choose from, however, a pdf is generated from automatically with no choice to select the template.
I was expecting similar behavior as in Sales Cloud where you have the capability to choose which template to use.
@JoAnn Culbertson even I tried but couldn't find option to select between the templates. Need to check with SF support.
