Your environment does not have revenue cloud billing which is required for usage management.

That being said it doesn't stop you from creating and quoting usage based products. The limit is on invoicing the usage based products.

@Francois Medioni -  This is a great tool. I’d like to know if it can efficiently support an object containing around 2 million records. Are there any configurations or best practices to enhance its performance?

    Hi @Sachida Pandey

    ,

Smart List can support this kind of volume but you need to make sure that your customizations don't create performance issues.

Test your custom filters and make sure that you don't have performance issue when search ing with the fields you are exposing in the Filters Panel

I am a Salesforce admin that created a custom list view for a specific sales territory. When creating it I was testing pinning the list views. One of them will not allow me to unpin it, regardless of clicking the thumbtack icon. This is the case after clearing cookies and browser cache as well. This also happens in the Carrot dropdown list view options on the Task page to my users as well. There is no consistency with which list either. Any ideas?

Why Can't I Unpin a Custom List View?

In our org we have a mass action scheduler which runs in the report when case status is completed & billing status is active and Case restart date is today or less than today, but unfortunately it is not checking case restart date. Does anyone have an idea about this?

I'm encountering an issue where I want a flow to query a HUD database through a HTTP callout action whenever a contact's address is updated or created. The HTTP callout action requiring the Lat and Long for the API call along with an API key stored in a named credential I created.

I created a permission set to grant users access to the named credential. However, the "data.com Clean" user, triggered by a real user updating or creating a contact's address, is the one actually updating the Lat Long fields. It seems that I can't assign a permission set to the "data.com Clean" user. I'm considering adding an extra step/flow to almost try to trick Salesforce into changing the running user, but I'm unsure if this is the right approach. I used named credentials partly because I needed to pass the API key through a custom header. Sorry if I missed anything, im a little burned out, and I defintely didnt expect this issue to come along and stump me!

Below I put the error message

Give data.com clean user a permission set for a flow to work?

Here is the named credentials

@Russ Dale Were you able to find a solution to this problem?  I'm encountering the same issue.

Sometimes the gifts roll up, and sometimes they do not. The giving summaries reset after a day.

Hi everyone,

I am stuck in the challenge 3 of this new superbadge.

Here the details of the challenge:

----------

Manage Dashboard Access and Security

Implement sharing and access to the Executive Performance and AI Readiness dashboard.

-----------

Getting the following error:

--------------

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

We can’t find the 'Executive Performance and AI Readiness' dashboard with the proper viewer configuration.

-------------

In my opinion I have modified the dashboard as requested.

Attached how it looks.

Has anyone experienced this error?

If so, how did you design the dashboard?

Thanks in advance.

Any else noticing that MFA and/or session timeout settings are no longer consistently enforced in their org? Several of my users are experiencing this. Is there a new setting I should take a look at? Recent changes in the way this is working in general?    Thanks!

Even more strangely, this seems to have corrected itself for some, but not all, users. Still no clue what's up.
