Target Customer Amount (SBQQ__TargetCustomerAmount__c) in CPQ is applied to zero quantity line items

When I go through amendment process, I enter some value to SBQQ__TargetCustomerAmount__c and it affects the discount of zero quantity line items, is it a way to workaround that? See the screenshots below.

    ! 

     

    That sounds pretty standard to me as a cancel and replace! Unfortunately, that's just how it works. You can use some OOTB logic to work around but I could see it getting fairly complex quickly.

Best Practise to record time of a Tech full work day

Hi,  

I want to record my techs time of a full day with travels and service appointments. Have I understood this correct that I can use the "Estimated Travel Time" from SA related "Assigned Resource" together with the Time Sheet Entries for SA? Or is there a better way of doing this? 

 

I have seen that the field "Actual Travel Time" can be used with some automation to track timestamps of when a technician starts and ends travel.  

 

How do you record time of a Tech full work day?

    There is no automation ootb available, as far as I know. You need some customization and/ or automation. If you use geolocation tracking, you could use automatic status change feature as an option.

getting error :"On the Technical Position Page, we can’t find these fields inside the ‘Technical Skills’ section: Operating Systems, Programming Languages."

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue while working on the task "Create a Custom Position Record Page".

The error I'm receiving is:

I've added the fields but still getting this error. Can anyone guide me on what might be missing or how to resolve this?

Unofficial datatable does not list all Salesforce objects.

We use the datatable with several objects and a new need uncovered that the standard object in Financial Services Cloud called Financial Account is not available for selection.  Other FSC related objects are available, but not FA.  I am using the current version of the component, I have tried to edit an existing and create a new flow, permissions to the object are open, yet no object availability.  Is anyone aware of this obstacle and if it can be overcome?  Thanks.

    Hi Trailblazer,

     

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

     

    I'm from trailhead help team. There is an ongoing issue with the badge, this issue has been fixed. However, we recommend you to create a fresh playground org to proceed further with the module. Please ensure to complete all the steps from all units in the new org.

     

    Please navigate to the module, and you should be able to create a new playground org.

     

    If you still see an older playground org connected, please follow the below steps to create a new org.

     

    - Login to your trailhead account.

    - Now go to 'https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.

    - Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.

    - As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..)
