I have successfully completed the "Enable Data Streams" section, adding the "AIPlusData" Data Bundle to my org.  However, in the next section, each time I attempt to "Create New Ruleset" (under Identity Resolutions), the Primary DMO picklist is empty, and the dialog displays the error, "Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required." 

 

This doesn't make sense, since the data bundle included the CRM Contact object and mappings to the Standard DMO objects, including Individual and each of the Contact Point objects.  I reviewed the Data Stream mappings for the Contact Home DLO, and did note one warning for Contact Point Phone because the Formatted E164 Phone field wasn't mapped.  I mapped it and refreshed the stream, but no change in the error message.

 

This is a new "Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Playground" created directly from this trail, today, with no other activity besides following the steps in this Trail.

We have a trigger installed on Contact that rolls a field up onto the Account. It's currently running on all options (before create, etc.). There's a very important automation that is failing because this trigger is firing on Contact: Create, suggesting that the new owner is missing read access to a record. Has anyone run into this before? Have any ideas on how to solve the issue?

    I think you have some other automation on the Account (or possibly the Contact) that's causing the issue. Check WFRs, Process Builder, and Flow to see if there is any automation there. Doesn't look like anything with that DLRS rollup would cause an issue.

 - clicked the link. It brought me to LinkedIn and I am already following Salesforce Developers. 

 

The issue: There is NO WAY to mark these as complete. Therefore, the Quest shows that I still have 36 minutes left to complete? (screenshot below)

Every other task has a green checkbox except for the last 2 - Normally, once you "Complete" a task that requires you to click an external link, you simply click the "Complete" button. In this case, the "Complete" button does not appear...(see screenshot below)

Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone with Salesforce Quests help me here?

    Hi, @John Green

     

    You should click button "Mark as Complete, but if you can't see this button's, you can try to use "Incognito" mode of your browser or another browser, for example MS Edge or Mozilla Firefox. 

     

    Also too, try to relogin into Trailhead website.

Hi I was able to complete and send email but still receiving the below error message while verifying  

 

Make sure the 'Enable the Agentforce (Default) Agent' toggle is enabled in your org.

 

I do not have Agentforce under installed packages so unable to view Agentforce settings to enable the toggle

Please help!!!

Hello Trailblazers,

 

In our org, we are using the Data Categories for Knowledge Articles. When I try to fetch the Data Category for  the translated articles it gives the blank/null value. Is there any way I can fetch the data category from them. 

I am using below query:

SELECT id, ArticleNumber, PublishStatus, language, (SELECT Id, DataCategoryName, DataCategoryGroupName FROM DataCategorySelections) FROM Knowledge__kav where articlenumber = '000031108'

 

Results:Not able to fetch Data category for Translated Articles.

Please help.
