I am working through the Agentforce Champion courses and got stock at 'Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout'. I am following the instructions in the Trailhead Module but unable to setup the 'identify resolution'. When I go to that step, the Primary DMO drop down is not working for me to select 'Individual'. Its been 2 days I am trying but its not working. How can this be resolved?

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement where we need to show a specific RM Portfolio report as a separate tab in Salesforce. Ideally, when users log in, they should land directly on this "RM Portfolio" tab and see the report by default.
Could anyone please guide me on how to achieve this?

Today, 5:41 PM I dunno if you'll truly be able to get just the Report results on it's own Tab, without getting into custom Code, like LWC or Visualforce (if that's the requirement).

@Megan Pietruszka's point about the Home Tab, I agree that it would be MUCH easier to just display the Report as a Chart on the Home Tab, and let the user click into the Report Details from there if needed

I am getting stuck when trying to complete the project, I'm able to get through trail one and two, but when I get to "Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language".
It's clear that my org instance isn't set up properly, I don't see the object in the list needed to complete the first step.
When I went back to the first trail I saw the message attached in the screenshot. Do we have any idea when we could expect this to be fixed, I'm one project away from completing this.

- Opportunity Type: Opp Fields > New or Existing Customer
- Next Step: Opp Fields > Next Steps

When adding a video in the Rich Content Editor, are YouTube and Vimeo the only types allowed?
Today, 5:21 PM Hi Wendy! As far as I know, YouTube and Vimeo are the most commonly supported options in the Rich Content Editor. But sometimes, you can also embed videos using an iframe if the platform allows it. It really depends on the settings and limitations of your Experience Cloud setup. Worth giving it a try! 😊

I can't advance past the 'Identity Resolutions' step: a 'New Ruleset' window appears with an error message: "Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required." Then, the 'Primary Data Model Object' button is not enabled to choose an option. What do I do?
