Done everything correctly in "Import Data and Test the App" but shows as Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1 We could not find the 'TA-00001' in Travel Approval object or it does not have Expense Item child record.

Hi, I'm new to Entitlements and Milestones.  I have some fairly simple requirements right now to track and show visibility of key milestones like time to first response and time to resolve.  Milestones seems to accomplish this.    But when i read the documentation, it seems to want to match on Accounts, Contacts or Assets?  or i have to create a case off of an entitlement? i'm not sure i understand.    How would this work for:  Automated case creation:  - Email-to-case  - Web to case    Then for manual case creation:  - phone  -chat     All of our customers need support. They all have the same SLA. We don't need to add contracts, or need to match on "Assets".    any insights would be appreciated!    

I am not finding the corresponding user EinsteinServiceAgent to create my Agent. Only the New user is appearing.

I follow each and every step (and have done so five or six times by this point), and when I go to check the challenge, I receive this message:  "Challenge not yet complete in Playful Fox Playground; We can't find a field labeled First Sale Date on the Account Object. How do I create the "Account Object," once the whole opportunity steps have been completed (per the upper/first section of instructions as per the linked page above)? 

Hi, I am working on the Control Access to the Org trailhead for the Admin Official Certification Trailmix. I am currently having problems with my developer org. I am not sure what is happening. It does not seem to be registering to my playground lists. 

I have tried what the instructions have suggested. Can someone please assist?

Hi everyone. We are using NPSP .We are trying to connect the Trybooking app to Salesforce using their native integration. While doing so, we found the Trybooking app is creating an account, and all the contacts are related to that account. If the contact already exists in Salesforce, it will override the contact's account to Trybooikng account. Did any body try to do this integration before and find any solution?

Hi Team, 

I am doing Data Cloud project "Quick Start: Create a Data Cloud Segment" and I followed each steps as per the module but when I am checking the challenge then this will through an error as 

Step not yet complete in Data Cloud

We can’t find the 'Has No Value' operator set for the Postal Code attribute in the 'No Zip Code' segment. Edit the segment filter, and specify 'Has No Value' for the Postal Code attribute. 

I did not get any right solution for this. Can someone please help me to complete this challenge.
