Hello,

I  am trying to complete my module," from 

  1. (Get Ready for Agentforce>>QuickStart: Build Your First Agent with Agentforce>>
  2. Configure an Agentforce Service Agent.)

Configure an Agentforce Service Agent". It does not allow me access the play ground I created with new credentials provided.

I tried refreshing, logging, but nothing seemed to work.

And also I have deleted the other orgs too:

Cannot create an Identity Resolution due to DataStream/DLO/DMO stuck processing eternally.

Error: Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required. 

 

Object Statuses

  • Data Streams: All are Successful
  • DLOs: External_Guest_c_Home is stuck processing
    • This did not happen with my first playground sandbox
  • DMOs: All stuck Processing

What I've tried

  • Waiting hours
  • Restarting from scratch- I'm on my 3rd playground sandbox
  • Mapping BusinessPhone --> ContactPointPhone E164 Phone
  • Update Status on all Processing DLOs
  • Refresh Now on all Data Streams until Successful, then Updating Status on DLOs
  • Removing all and restarting the steps from "Enable Data Streams"

Anybody have any luck or is this just completely broken right now?

    I had the same issue and can confirm the problem is resolved with a new playground.

I am working on a flow to create a record on our custom object for our information help line to so they can include the orders of publications sent by them to a patient in their totals/metrics. But when I go to debug it states the get records fails because it failed to find records? OrderId Equals {!$Record.OriginalOrderId} (null) 

Store the values of these fields in Get_Order_Products: PricebookEntryId, Id 

Result 

Failed to find records. 

 

What did I do wrong? I have the filter on the get records(order products) for the OrderID to equal the triggering record order id

Am attempting to take the Trailhead Get Started with Data Cloud and AI

Get the instruction to Reset Your Data Cloud and Einstein AI Playground Password

 

I chose that and get the reply: We sent a password reset email to

sduhaime@salesforce.com from support@salesforce.com. Not finding the email? Get Help

 

I've waited over an hour and have not gotten the email. 

Also using the old user name and trying to reset password also doesn't end up in getting a password. 

 

I am required to finish this trail this week.  Any ideas?

I have a lookup component on a screen flow is that not allowing some users to select a value. When the user tries to pick a record, the screen blinks and shows this message "Select an option from the picklist or remove the search term." Please see attachment. This is a required field and users have access to the lookup records. I did not have this problem last week. I tired updating API version to the latest with no success. Clearing browser seems to temporarily fix the issue. Salesforce support said that it is a browser issue and not a Salesforce issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
