- Click the Identity Resolutions tab.
- Click New.
- Click Create New Ruleset, then click Next.
- Leave default selected in the Data Space menu.
- For Primary DMO, choose Individual.
- Enter ccid for Ruleset ID. This stands for Coral Cloud Identification.
- Click Next.

That Trailhead challenge can be frustrating. The issue is that the 'Individual' option is n showing up for the primary DMO. This usually happens if the Data Space or setup isn't configured correctly:
1. Check Data Space:
Make Sure the default is selected, but confirm your org has the Cloud Information Model(CIM) set up . Iit'sts not, ask your admin to enable it via Setup > Data Cloud >Configuration.
2. Look for Individual:
In the Primary DMO dropdown, scroll or search for 'Individual'.If it's missing, it might mean the standard CIM objects aren't available yet. This could be a playground giltch-try refreshing the page or creating a new playground.
3. Follow steps carefully:
Go to Identity Resolutions-->New-->Create New Ruleset-->Next.
Keep Data Space as 'default'.
Select 'Individual' for Primary DMO.
Enter 'ccid' for Ruleset ID.
Click Next.
4. Troubleshoot:
If the individual still doesn't show, check the error message about mappings. You might need to define a Data Stream mapping to an Individual first.
If all else fails, reset the challenge in Trailhead and start fresh.

Hi there,
I am looking for an easy way to create opportunity line items from an excel sheet.
My dream solution would be to create a screen flow that is started by a button on the opportunity record page. When the user clicks that button, a window opens where an excel sheet can be uploaded per drag and drop. The excel sheet would contain the article number, the quantity and the sales price. The flow would then match the article number with the products in our pricebook and create opportunity line items with the corresponding quantity and sales price from the excel sheet and add those to the opportunity where the flow was started.
I need a simple solution that is easy to use for all users. It would not make sense to use an extra piece of software like dataloader or similar.
Is that somehow possible as in my dream? Or are there any other simple solutions on the app store that would achieve this?

Im trying to set up Advanced configurator but i keep getting this error when updating a quote: Your quote was not updated.
Something went wrong while running configuration rules. : Missing status field. Please add the status field and map it to the ConstraintEngineNodeStatus tag in Context Definition and try again. Ive followed all the set up steps and in my Context definition i do have the Quote line field mapped to the attribute anyone else had this?

@Anthony Mottola you'll get that error if there's no mapping as @Jayaprakash .
Or if there's no Context Tag on the screen after you add the ConstraintNodeStatus to the SalesTransactionContext.
Did you extend the default SalesTransactionContext and add it there?
Hi Community,
I love that we now have the ability to use dynamic related lists on the mobile app (beta). I have enabled this in the settings but notice that the action buttons do not appear on the mobile app.
Does anyone know if I have perhaps missed a step, or is this because it is beta and this will come, or is not part of the delivery?
