Hi,

We've activated the Cosmos theme (SLDS 2), but the filters in our Smart List component look a bit off. Is there an update planned to support SLDS 2 compatibility in the near future?

Support for SLDS 2 in Smart List?

Thanks in advance.

i am basically trying to find answer to  the below question

A person wants to  leverage Record Snapshots grounding feature in a prompt template.

What preparations are required ?

A. Configure page layout of the master record type B. Create a field set for all the fields to be groundedC.

Enable and configure dynamic form for the object

I strongly feel the answer is option A..

    (B) is right

You must establish a field set with all the fields needed for grounding in order to use the Record Snapshots grounding functionality in a prompt template. In order to guarantee that the prompt template has structured data that produces contextually relevant responses, field sets specify which fields from an item are available to the AI model.

According to Salesforce documentation, grounding depends on carefully defined field sets in order to adhere to security regulations and prevent the exposure of unwanted data

Hi all,

I am setting up Marketing Cloud Connect and I have a question re the CRM API User. Trailhead advises using the Salesforce User licence. Can I use the Salesforce Integration licence instead?

Also the documentation advises using the System Administrator profile but my thoughts would be to create a new profile where password never expires and to limit permissions.

Any advice help on this would be great! Thanks

    Hi @Emma,

For the licenses, the Salesforce User license is usually the go-to because it unlocks all the MCC needs to function smoothly, like sending emails, syncing data. The Salesforce Integration User license is a bit more limited, so while it might seem tempting, it could end up restricting some of the MCC functionalities you're keen on using.

If you're leaning towards the Integration User license, it's a good idea to have a chat with your Salesforce rep. They can give you the lowdown on whether this license will cover all your bases without leaving you wanting more.

Now, onto the CRM API User's profile. Crafting a custom profile with just the permissions you need is a smart move. It keeps things secure without putting a damper on functionality. Pinpoint the permissions essential for your MCC tasks, set up a profile around them, and yes, implementing a non-expiring password policy with solid security measures is wise. Just remember to run some tests in a sandbox to make sure everything's ticking along nicely before you launch it into production.

This approach keeps your integration tight and secure while ensuring you've got the access you need. Just a heads-up, though: keep an eye on those permissions and be ready to adjust as needed. Salesforce and MCC evolve, and so should your settings.

    Hope that helps!

I've created a Playground for the "Quick Cadences for Sales Teams" Trail. Now that I've completed this trail, I am trying to do the "Standard Cadences for Sales Engagement". However, I have neither the option to "Open Cadence Builder" when creating a new Cadence, nor the "Sales Engagement Cadence Creator" permission set.    I can't proceed forward in this trail without Creator access to cadences. Any advice?

I know there's the stock feature in screen flows to add sections which can have up to four columns. I have a business request to have a screen with six columns. Does anyone have a solution or a suggestion for this?

Thanks,

Jeff.
