Hello @anh le first you can test your instance health check with standard Setup > Health Check. You can also leverage other standard tools included in your org, or app exchange / Salesforce Labs like @Org Check by Salesforce Labs for example or others.. Eric

Perhaps this is something to clean up, because no human can get back to that many leads easily.
And, in reality, they may not actually be leads.

I keep getting the same error "Connect to SecureSession on port 1 with user Mulesoft RPA failed. There is already an active Windows session with SID 2." I have tested the settings and the bot is in a good state when running the test but I am unable to get past this. I have restarted the computer to ensure there are no active users. Required fields missing: Whoid error on Name field when users trying to create event record from opportunity even though the contact is populated from the lookup. This only happens on mobile device. Any ideas?

Hello - I am attempting to do a formula field on a Survey object to pull data from the Financial Account object. I already did a lookup field so the Survey object is a child of the Financial Account object. This is the formula I used on the survey object:
The field on the survey object is just blank and doesn't populate the data from the financial account object. I already double checked the FLS and permissions. Not sure what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.

Your formula field is working as expected.
Formula fields
DO NOTautomatically populate lookup fields.
Formula fields can look at the value that is in a lookup field and then return data to a different field. If you have no data in your Financial_Account__c thenof course your FA_Name__c will be blank - it has nothing to reference.
If you want data to automatically populate in the lookup field you can either
a) create the record from a related list of the parent
b) use flow to populate the value.
