Hi, 

 

I have a recipe that snapshots data. The filter element filters for "logged in" = "yesterday"

Snapshot Recipe not refreshing correctly

 

I scheduled this recipe to run after the local salesforce connection syncs (that syncs at midnight) and the recipe runs after that sync but I never get any records with a snapshot date of today when I check in the morning. When I then trigger the recipe to run manually I get the correct data.

Does anyone have any idea what I might do wrong?

    This might be caused by the fact that CRM Analytics is not running in the local timezone. All dates and times are calculated based on GMT by default. So "yesterday" between 00:00 and 01:00 German time would be two days before in GMT time. 

    Can you please schedule the recipe time-based after 02:00 and see what happens?

I export and delete the reports but it getting error like this Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 

We found more Account History records deleted than expected. Make sure there is at least one Account History record associated with the Grand Hotels & Resorts Ltd account.

I am trying to create a Developer Edition Org with Special Configuration for Named Credentials Superbadge Unit.  I filled out the form but didn't receive any email from Salesforce with username and Dev Org link.  I tried multiple times with different emails and usernames but it is still not working.

    Hi there!I 

     

    it's a common frustration!  

     

    • If you're not getting your Developer Org email for the Named Credentials Superbadge, first check your spam/junk folders and Promotions tab thoroughly, and wait at least 15-30 minutes

     

    • If still nothing, try signing up again using a different personal email address (like Gmail/Outlook) or a different web browser (e.g., Incognito mode). Ensure your chosen username is unique. 

     

    • If all else fails after several attempts, contact Salesforce Support for assistance with org provisioning.

The first step is to "Connect Playground" -- but when I click this, and use my username and password, I'm unable to log in, with the following error: 

"Error: Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator." 

 

I tried resetting my password again using the email's link, but rather than resetting the password, it simply logs into a page that says "Insufficient Privileges". Please help, I'm stuck!

    On the Challenge page, next to the Connect Org button, the instructions specify the Username you need to use to log in.

    1. Click the Chatter tab. Note: By default you have the option to make a Post, submit a Poll for feedback, or ask a Question.
    2. Click the Post sub-tab. Click in the area labeled Share an update… and enter @E and select Eric Executive from the popup window. Add the remainder of the message: 
    Which department should I associate this travel request with?

    Click Share to post. Note: Eric and you will both receive an email and notification about the post.  

    In your email application, reply to the email, saying: 

    Technology is the correct department.

    Refresh your travel app page to see the response in Chatter.

I’m encountering the same error repeatedly while validating Challenge 1 of the 'Agentforce for Service Superbadge Unit'. I've attached a screenshot of the error. 

 

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance would be appreciated.

    So, you need to uncheck those fields and click Save. 

    Then, check them again — but only for Edit Access this time. 

     

    Whether it's a bug or something else, I’m not sure, but I personally got stuck on this step for 30 minutes while trying to find a solution =)
