We've set up two schedules for appointments: a primary weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM) and a secondary weekend schedule (9 AM - 1 PM). Territories and resources have been assigned to both. However, when we try to book an appointment for a weekend time and territory, the slots from the secondary weekend schedule don't show up. What could be missing or what might be going wrong?

Hey @Ruth Amalia Forero if you assign the operation hours to both, then the system will use only the operating hours to the service territory membership and not both. Best would be to include the weekend schedule into the same operating hours as "overtime" and adopt the scheduling policy to allow overtime.

Hi,

A couple of our clients had problems with updating API versions. However, we're able to resolve it. We would like to finish this change, as the clients are not sure if everything is correct. We've enabled the change using Release updates. Is there anything else we could do to enforce the change or the only way is to wait till May, 2026 release?

Thank You in advance

We have a prompt builder that uses manual input flow to return and ground data. This prompt builder works fine when we test  through "preview" button within prompt builder screen. It was also working fine until last week when executed through an LWC.

But since today when we are executing it via an LWC it fails with the error - "error occurred while resolving data providers, can not describe data provider"

It still works fine when we execute it from the "Preview" button in Prompt Builder screen. Is anyone else facing this issue?

Thanks,

Niranja

Hi @Avanthika Ramesh I am also facing the same issue. We have assigned data cloud user permission set to the Agentforce user, but still we are facing this issue. We have implemented it using Service Agent template which is a customer facing chatbot.  I have raised Salesforce support case for the same.

I want to add new custom fields to a report based on the Activity object. However, I'm encountering an issue with one field—Function__c, which is a multi-select picklist. When I try to use it in a formula, I receive an error stating: “Field Function__c is a multi-select picklist field. Multi-select picklist fields are only supported in certain functions.

Hello everyone-    We have roughly 100 technicians using Field Service Mobile across the US. We operate out of the top 50 major cities with strong cellular connection. Any given day, a handful of them will experience issues related to the app not syncing and/or the app crashing. For example, when a technician completes the work steps on a work plan the service appointment shows complete on their mobile device. However, via the web in FSL dispatch console the SA will still show in progress status. I reach out and have them manually sync, clear cached meta data, complete work steps again, or wait to get back to the store and on a strong WiFi signal but rarely am successful in getting their locally stored data uploaded to the cloud. There is no rhyme or reason that I have found. Sometimes the sync will provide an error regarding an image upload or status transition that is not true (cannot switch from complete to in progress which makes no sense), and other times it shows the sync completed with no error, yet the gantt chart still shows the previous status and we are missing SA details. The app will randomly crash as well while on a task or after logging in. My only recourse is to have the app deleted from the iPhone storage and pushed again from the MDM. At that point the app works as expected for some time.     Anyone else experience this recently or have a suggestion on what we can look into?     All devices are iPhone 14/15/16s operating on the latest iOS version, automatic updates are on. Same phone carrier. The app is managed via a MDM that I can monitor and verify there are no issues from a compliance standpoint and device settings are all consistent.    Any insight appreciated. Thanks    Matt

Are there any automations in the system, which can block the updates of the data in the backend, e.g. triggers, flows which are not executed on the mobile and blocks the updates. Are the devices via MDM in a VPN? I had a client with issues by using the internal network via VPN, they checked the with the network department to solve it.

    Hi, @Sanjivani Kawale

This error indicates that the verification system cannot find the Experience Management topic in the CC Service Agent.

Therefore, you need to open your CC Service Agent and make sure that this topic exists with the correct API Name.

Also, if the error persists, you should deactivate the agent, delete the existing Experience Management

topic, create a new one, and then activate the agent again.

    Hi, @Eekshith Gowd Ganduri

Based on your screenshots, it looks like you did everything correctly, but I suspect the issue lies in the API Name of the page.Hi, Based on your screenshots, it looks like you did everything correctly, but I suspect the issue lies in the API Name of the page.In the screenshot, we can see that your page is named Contact_Record_Page2, whereas the challenge checker expects Contact_Record_Page

In this case, either delete the current page and create a new one with the correct API Name or find the Contact_Record_Page in your Salesforce org and add the Flow component to it.

    Sincerely,

I'm getting this error even after checking the Region, Zone field and also checking the field dependency.

I have completed all the steps given in the trailhead module and also checked all the steps 4,5 times and I found everything all right, but still I'm getting this error. Please help me with that.
