    Hi @Swati Ekbote

Please remove the dot at the end of the report name and the report should be in the "Adoption Reports" folder.

    Thanks!

To me it seems there is a overwhelming focus on ai supported development, what I feel is missing, are suggested examples of using AI to debug an existing instance ...

I personally feel this has great potential for the average admin and declarative developer to extend their control.

Everyone that had to start on an aged instance will not only struggle to develop but debug existing behavior - this means understanding of legacy workflows, flows, validation rules apex all firing on the same record triggering other process like integrations ....

this is often complex stuff as all of the functionality has rarely been build in a consistent structure but emerged from addressing specific problems.

Personally I have found AI tools being helpful counter parts debugging issues - what I am missing is the context awareness - Agentforce for Developers can't access the files in my metadata or source file repository on my machine, my free version of github copilot also seems to struggle to allow to address even specific files with the comand "@workspace" ...

Claude Desktop with the MCP extension for filesystem so far has delivered the best results but again the free version has too tight limitations in terms of length of chat and its ability to consume larger files.

I would whish for an llam that I could use as a co-debuger - having access to the location where i have pulled my instances metadata files and i could past the screen shot of an error explaining the scenario in which it happened and start discussing with it what could have triggered it ...

has anyone here come up with a setup to do that?

curious to hearing your thoughts

We have skills based routing enabled for cases.

In certain cases, we need to manually remove a case from the omni channel queue that may be pending under "Skills backlog". To kill the omni channel routing configurations applied to this work item, we first change the owner of this case to a non omni channel enabled Queue (A queue without any routing configurations). This removes the item from Skills backlog.

However, as soon as we assign this case to an agent, it is routed to them via Omni channel routing (if the agent is online and available, if not, it re-appears under skills backlog waiting to be routed).

Is this expected behaviour? How can we ensure once the case is pulled from skills based queue, the routing is no longer applied to them?

Appreciate any help!

Thanks!

You can create a record triggered flow to look for and delete any Pending Service Routing (PSRs) records associated to a Case when certain conditions are met.

For example, if the status of a Case that has not yet been routed to an agent changes to closed or is reassigned to an agent manually, the flow can delete any PSRs on that Case (if they exist).

Hi team,

I went through the whole process of enabling Agentforce for service on an experience site, tested it, did the "booking" (see screenshot attached), yet Trailhead is unable to find the Service agent...anything I can do? Refreshing both sites didn´t do the trick..

Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi Kundan,

yes, sure. It says that "Schritt in Agentforce noch nicht abgeschlossen

Wir können den Agenten CC Service Agent (CC-Serviceagent) in Ihrem Playground nicht finden." which means that the CC Service agent cannot be found in the playground, even though I was able to test it and book a session..is there a way to reconnect the playground to trailhead?

    Thanks,

    Lea
