I have downloaded the Extreme Dynamic Forms app and am able to use on other layouts, but when I'm in Builder for my Aura community and click Preview, click the Cases tab and click New, its still going back to the original page layout. How do I change this so that it picks up the page layout I have used the edf components on?
Today, 4:04 PM Lightning record page is not for Experience Cloud Site. You have to use the Site Builder to add and remove the components on the Case Record Page.

When I go to set the Data Space to Default, nothing shows up in the drop down and it will not let me edit the Object field as well. Please let me know how I can resolve! This is for the Agentblazer Trailhead

Note: Data space will show the details only when the steps mentioned in the 'Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout' unit are completed in same org.
There is an ongoing issue with the badge, This should be resolved soon and I will keep you posted as soon as it's fixed from our end.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi all I need a job description of Salesforce QA and Salesforce Platform Manager role , i can't find it online, thanks
Hi, all!
I know that it is possible to disable pull to refresh on salesforce mobile app, but is it possible to show a confirmation modal before actually refresh the page? Something like "are you sure you want to refresh the page? Yes/No".
#Salesforce Developers #LWC #Mobile
Today, 4:00 PM Yeah, I’ve looked into this before, and unfortunately, the pull-to-refresh gesture in the Salesforce mobile app is handled natively. There’s no official hook to override it or inject a confirmation prompt before it triggers the refresh.
What you can try is controlling what happens after refresh via conditional logic in your Lightning components. For example, you could check if a certain variable or unsaved state is present and show a toast or modal, but by that point, the page has already refreshed, so it’s more of a reactive workaround than true prevention.
If the goal is to avoid accidental data loss, you might consider disabling pull-to-refresh (as you mentioned) and instead offering a custom refresh button with your own confirmation logic. That gives users control without risking unintended reloads.
The dropdown option is not visible for primary data model object as individual and contact point email. please let me know how to solve this issue.

Hi All how do you manage in salesforce a project-meaning if someone wants lots of changes done in salesforce -I am currently supporting a company who uses cases. I introduced them to Jira but this idea was scrapped. Do u use child, parent cases- how do u organise/structure the work, do u add multiple cases, how do you split the work if everything must be in Salesforce..i need some ideas, thank you
Jun 19, 5:33 PM You can structure the work with Parent/Child Cases:
- Parent Case as the Project: Create a main "Parent Case" to represent the overall project or large change request. This case can hold the project scope, goals, and high-level requirements.
- Child Cases for Specific Tasks: Create "Child Cases" for each specific task or piece of work within the project. This breaks down the work into smaller, manageable chunks.
- Link Cases: Use the "Parent Case" field on the Case object to link the child cases to the parent case. This allows you to easily view all related tasks under the parent project.
Organize and Structure the Work:
- Use Case Fields to Track Details: Utilize relevant fields on the Case object to capture information about each task, such as:
- Subject: A clear and concise description of the task.
- Description: Detailed requirements and instructions for the task.
- Status: A picklist to track the progress of the task (e.g., Open, In Progress, In Review, Completed).
- Priority: A picklist to indicate the urgency of the task.
- Owner: The user assigned to complete the task.
- Due Date: The target completion date for the task.
- Comments/Activity: Use the Case Feed to record notes, updates, and communication related to the task.
There are several AppExchange products available that can help you manage projects and track changes within Salesforce, especially if you're using Cases as the primary method of work management.
- Mission Control: A comprehensive Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution built natively on Salesforce. It offers a wide range of features, including task management, resource allocation, time tracking, and financial management, and it integrates well with standard Salesforce objects like Cases.

You are searching in app launcher.
You need to search on setup. You are on right page, instead of searching on app Launcher search in setup search bar which is below 9 dots button.
Search - Lightning app builder
Inside that you can see Lightning pages
Another way
Opem object manager
Select respective object
On left you can see Lightning record page
This will take you to same section.
Hope this helps. Do mark it as best answer if it helped
