I did set the permission set along with permission provided to object and field level but getting an error stating unable to find that permission set grants read access and edit access to all Job Application fields, except edit access for Position and Candidate.

I'm experiencing the exact same error with the same module, I'd be very curious to hear if there is a fix or are others having the same problem.

Hello,

I am trying to complete a Superbadge for flow builder and I am not able to set the field value to Translated_ Survey_Input__c, instead I am seeing a small letter field to the left of the Translated Survey input, does anyone know how to resolve this? I've retraced my steps and have followed everything as outlined, but perhaps am still missing something, see screenshot for details. Thank you

Hi All - For some reason, only one of my rollups is showing up as a selectable option in my change set. I'm not sure why the rest are not showing up?

Hello,

Would it be possible, please, to share the link to the recording of last Thursday’s presentation on the Summer '25 RL?

Also, could you kindly provide the link to the specific seminar concerning the Auditing that you mentioned during the session?

Thank you in advance!

Hello

I need to create a user with access only to where they are the "owner" and no other user should be able to see this information other than executives.  Please keep in mind I am a new admin.

So I'm playing around with using the Marketing Cloud email builder (on core) for my Pardot emails, as this has been promoted as a builder which is free to use for Pardot users without a need to have Data Cloud, so the objective is to design the email in the Marketing Cloud email builder and then send through Pardot so not using Data Cloud functionality.

I can do this in my various clients interfaces, but the only one which lets me send has Salesforce Foundations provisioned, my other clients without access to Data Cloud through Salesforce Foundations aren't able to send the emails as when the email saves back into Pardot land as we will call it the unsubscribe used in the Marketing Cloud builder doesn't work and i'm asked to add in the unsubscribe tag recognised in Pardot. How do I do this, has anyone else encountered anything similar. Please note I have referring to the Marketing Cloud on core email builder NOT Marketing Cloud (exact target) Thanks.

@Terry Cole thanks for your insight on this. I'm going to leave this question open for a while longer though as based on some Salesforce Help guidance it is possible to use the new builder and send through Pardot without touching data cloud credits, it would seem that Data Cloud is needed though to understand the Pardot unsubscribe merge field. I hope to investigate further, but as both Data Cloud and the new builder are ever changing products things could change tomorrow!! I'll add my findings to this chain to hopefully help others and further encourage other peoples insight if they have any.

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a strange behavior in one of my Salesforce dashboards, and I haven’t been able to find a solution so far.

Out of nowhere, a timestamp like this started showing on several dashboard cards/widgets:

"As of 06/16/2025 09:51" - in the screenshot it appears in portuguese

Here are a few important details:

  • This timestamp was never shown before — it just started appearing recently.
  • It appears after refreshing the entire dashboard, not when I'm editing or saving individual components (if I save a card manually, the timestamp disappears temporarily).
  • The components are mostly based on standard reports (not custom components or CRM Analytics).
  • I haven’t changed any configuration or added anything new to the dashboard.

I’ve tried editing each widget and re-saving it — the timestamp goes away for a moment, but as soon as I reload the dashboard, it's back.

Does anyone know if this is related to a recent Salesforce update or if there's a new setting somewhere that controls this behavior?

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi NPSP Community,

We're running into a reporting challenge with our 7+ year NPSP setup and getting conflicting advice about whether it's a foundational architecture issue or something simpler.

Our Setup:

  • Nonprofit Cloud with Program Management Module
  • All users currently have System Admin profiles (we know this isn't best practice)
  • Using Service Delivery objects linked to Contacts

The Problem: We can see Contact names in the "Client" field on Service Delivery records, but when building reports that need to join Contact and Service Delivery data, the Contact ID field doesn't appear as an available option in the report builder. This forces us to use "joined reports" which are clunky.

The Question: A consultant is telling us this is because our foundational object relationships are broken and we need to rebuild our role hierarchy and profiles before any reporting will work properly. But since we're using standard NPSP objects, shouldn't these relationships work out of the box?

Specific Questions:

  1. Should Contact ID be visible in Service Delivery reports in a standard NPSP setup?
  2. Could the System Admin profiles actually be preventing us from seeing these relationship fields?
  3. Or is this more likely a report building technique issue that can be solved without major architectural changes?

Has anyone encountered similar reporting challenges in NPSP? Any guidance on whether this is truly a "rebuild the foundation" situation or something that can be fixed more directly?

"A consultant is telling us this is because our foundational object relationships are broken and we need to rebuild our role hierarchy and profiles before any reporting will work properly."

    ::cough:: No. Just no. ::cough::

This sounds like an issue with your report type selection, not whatever that consultant said. PMM handles this out of the box at a basic level.

You can either use the standard "Service Delivery with Client" report type:

Or you can build out a custom report type that pulls in the ID from the related Contact if you are relating different objects.

This has nothing to do with role hierarchies or profiles. It's about report types. Please don't hesitate to share screenshots from the report types you're trying to use like I did above (and indicate whether it's a standard or custom report type) and I'm happy to help you.

I have Enabled pricing guidance functionality in salesforce CPQ using Einstein AI and guidance tiers were created. But the discounts are not generated in the results based on historical quote data which has 400+ quote lines. Does anyone know the issue.

    Hi Keerthivasan,

    Please check this article.

    Enable Large Configurations

    https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.cpq_enable_large_bundle_config.htm&type=5

    Additional CPQ Package Settings

    Enable Large Configurations

Allows users to include more than 400 products in product bundles. Because enabling large configurations slows down processing for all Enable Large Configurations bundles, enable this setting only if your org requires it
