It usually means there’s a setup or permission issue in your Trailhead Playground. You can go through these steps:
- Verify Required Fields.
- Check Field-Level Security & Permissions.
- Confirm your profile or permission set has
Create accesson the Opportunity object.
If still having same issue then you can Switch to a Fresh Trailhead Playground.

Hi!
I'm building a marketing nurture campaign, a few spaced-out Emails and SMS messages to follow a form fill. I'm super used to Pardot and Marketing Cloud proper (Exact Target), but this is in Marketing Cloud Growth which, as far as I can tell, just uses Flows instead of like Journey Builder or Engagement Studio and, if that's the case, why wouldn't you just use Flows.
It seems you can create Flows "in" Marketing Cloud Growth, but I don't see what the advantage is of doing that over just using standard Flow - especially since those Flows can't access your existing email templates.
You can also create Email Templates "in" Marketing Cloud growth but, again, that seems only to limit their availability to within MCG so, why would I do that?
Does anybody have a use case where it's like "well, if you want to do ______, which you probably do as part of your nurture campaign, regular Flows won't let you do it, but you can do it in MC Growth by doing _____"?
There's just so little info about MCG (it's not even a topic option on here and doesn't really have any Trailhead modules either).

Today, 11:58 AM Glad that you have experience on Pardot(Engagement Studio). Why am I saying that, because MCG architecture has picked few capabilities of Engagement programs as well.
Marketing Cloud Growth Flows are termed as Campaign Flows and it is quite unique to marketers from normal flows which is used by CRM users.

Today, 11:51 AM Studied with SkillCertExams and successfully passed the exam! The content was relevant and helped me focus on the most important areas.
I'm currently working on the Agentforce Quest trailmix announced by Salesforce. I've followed all the steps in the "Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud (Add and Map a Formula Field)" module and mapped the fields correctly, but the challenge still isn’t validating.
Since the t-shirts are only being given to the first 1,000 participants, I’m worried I might miss out even though I’ve completed everything as instructed.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution? I’d appreciate any help!

Updated Settings:
Prorate Calculation in package = Monthly + Daily
Quote Fields: Start Date = 2024-02-01; End Date = 2025-01-31; Subscription Term = Empty
QuoteLine Fields: Start Date = Empty; Subscription Term = 12
With the above settings, my prorate value came out to be 1.466667, which I am unsure of, since it's a 12-month contract. With my updated settings, the calculation turned out to be 1, which is correct. I am not sure why the calculations for my previous field values were incorrect.

What is everyone doing to automate the Quote line start and end dates in RCA (RLM) wondering if it is best to just keep these in line with the quote start and end date via a flow or pricing procedure. Anyone else attempted either and have a preference?
May 28, 8:05 PM From my experience, automating Quote Line start and end dates to match the Quote’s start and end dates is best handled with a Flow in RCA (RLM). Using a Flow lets you keep things straightforward and flexible, you can trigger it on Quote creation or update, and update the Quote Lines accordingly. Pricing procedures can get complicated and might not offer the same control or visibility.
I’ve seen teams run into issues when trying to bake date syncing into pricing logic, especially if quote dates change frequently or dynamically. A Flow also makes it easier to maintain and adjust later without touching pricing config. So, if your goal is simple alignment of dates, go with a Record-Triggered Flow that updates Quote Lines whenever the parent Quote dates change.

I have successfully completed the "Enable Data Streams" section, adding the "AIPlusData" Data Bundle to my org. However, in the next section, each time I attempt to "Create New Ruleset" (under Identity Resolutions), the Primary DMO picklist is empty, and the dialog displays the error, "Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required."
This doesn't make sense, since the data bundle included the CRM Contact object and mappings to the Standard DMO objects, including Individual and each of the Contact Point objects. I reviewed the Data Stream mappings for the Contact Home DLO, and did note one warning for Contact Point Phone because the Formatted E164 Phone field wasn't mapped. I mapped it and refreshed the stream, but no change in the error message.
This is a new "Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Playground" created directly from this trail, today, with no other activity besides following the steps in this Trail.

I want to record my techs time of a full day with travels and service appointments. Have I understood this correct that I can use the "Estimated Travel Time" from SA related "Assigned Resource" together with the Time Sheet Entries for SA? Or is there a better way of doing this?
I have seen that the field "Actual Travel Time" can be used with some automation to track timestamps of when a technician starts and ends travel.
How do you record time of a Tech full work day?
