I recently passed the Salesforce Associate exam and received my certificate, but unfortunately, the name on the certificate is incorrect and does not match my real name.

How can I request a name correction on my certificate?

My correct full name should be:

Rowida Ahmed Kamel.

Do I need to open a support case or is there a specific process for this?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Rowida Ahmed Kamel

Hi I have triple checked enabled requirements, instructions etc.  Agent user is  EinsteinServiceAgent User . I deleted and recreated the Agent but still receiving "Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the booking. Would you like to speak to a representative for further assistance?" all other actions work except for the booking.  Please see attached.  Thanks!

I have been tasked with creating a validation based on the total value (converted to AUD (Corporate currency))

Background

I have enabled Multi Currency and also Parenthetical Currency Conversion is enabled.

Scenario

1. Program Participants can get reimbursed for certain expenses, and these expenses can be any in the local currency where they are based or USD.

2. Program Participants populates the necessary fields and Amount (Please see the image below)

Financial delegation (approval) based on Formula field of Type Currency with Multi Currency Enabled.

Task

I need to create a validation/check based on the Converted Amount (AUD), but when I tried to create a check based on this field, it seems to be working off the base currency.

Can I please get some guidance on how do I achieve what I need to implement.

Thank you so much.

When I get to the section of the first independent project for the course "Lead Management in Salesforce" I get stopped at the part when I need to create a campaign.  I downloaded and connected the Dev Org to use for this project as the instructions stated but when I get to making a campaign with the leads I imported there isn't a "Campaign" button.  I googled it and I have read if its not there I don't have the correct credentials?

Would be awesome if someone could steer me in the right direction.

Thank you!

Hey @Benjamin Harden, which module are you talking about? Can you provide the link to that project?

    Hi ,

The error "Default Expanded Section' property has an invalid value" in Salesforce's Lightning App Builder typically arises when an invalid option is selected for the "Default Expanded Section" property within an Accordion component on a Lightning record page. This prevents users from saving changes to the Lightning page.

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement where we need to send Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) session invitations via Twilio SMS, rather than using the default VRA invitation mechanism.

We already have Twilio configured and integrated in our Salesforce org, and it is working for other SMS use cases.

Has anyone implemented or customized the VRA session flow to send the invite link through Twilio? Or any other messaging services.

What’s the best way to intercept or retrieve the session link and send it via Apex or Flow through Twilio instead?

Any guidance, sample code, or configuration steps would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, @Aviv Atlas (TechSee VRA Success Team)

I understand the built-in delivery is optimized and includes fallback mechanisms.

That said, what if we really want to use our own Twilio account to send the VRA invites — for reasons such as internal logging, branded messaging, or centralized SMS tracking?

Is there a supported way to retrieve the VRA session link programmatically (via Apex, Flow, or API) so we can send it ourselves?

Appreciate any guidance on whether this approach is possible or supported.

    Thanks again!
