I have a flow on user that calls a subflow in the async path (there is no code in the regular path). That subflow is failing for yet to be determined reasons. But I'm getting a failure email every 4-5 minutes, indicating it's retrying indefinitely. (I'm the only admin, and the user hasn't been touched since I made the initial change that set off the first flow attempt.)

Why is it continuing to retry, and how do I get it to stop?

We can't find the field 'Has_Support_Plan__c' on the Account object. 

Followed directions to the T and no matter how many playgrounds I try it on, I cannot seem to pass this certain challenge. Even if i delete and start all over. The field name was copied and pasted just like how it has on the instructions. I can clearly see that there is a field named "Has_Support_Plan__c' under the Account object but for some reason it is not clearing the challenge.  

I am trying to implement a security predict in a dataset that allows Opportunity Owners and the hierarchy above them to view the data. I followed this documentation, but when I test everyone is able to view all the data.

I created a separate recipe that joins User and UserRole to get a table with the flattened ParentRoleId related to each User. I then joined the UserId from that to the Opportunity Owner ID in the recipe with the dataset I'm working on.

This is what I've been trying based on the documentation. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

Hi - I am in the last challenge of the Agentforce Innovator badge and I get "we can't find a dynamic reference to the sender's name". Any ideas? I've tried Einstein, Trailhead help, Slack, etc

Hi folks, can I ask for help ?

One of my colleagues from Advocacy team advised that when she merged cases, she found emails related to Case 00057906 are under Case 00057846 now.

She was not sure what she did…..she felt she didn’t do something wrong. 

Any ideas? Many Thanks.

I have an issue completing the 'Configure Agentforce for service' unit. 

When wanting to verify step, the mention appears in red: 

Step not yet complete in Agentforce

The CC Service Agent still includes the topic Account Management. Make sure it was unselected. 

Can you please help resolve this?
