So I have 2 different playgrounds for the first project on the Agentforce Trail... I had missed a step or two in the module linking external contacts, so my subsequent modules were off and I couldn't generate the last step of building the sales email prompt as the first action in that flow was missing it's description, it's link or who knows! However by the time I went back to try and fix the errors , my first playground expired, so I created another one for the first portion of the project so I could just start the whole thing over, but my agent was still there so I couldn't start from scratch which is what I need to do as I can't figure out where all I went astray....now I have TWO playgrounds and they appear to not be updating everything. Now I am still trying to fix the missing contacts as well as be able to fix the email prompt in the last task BUT everything is so messed up now! Is there a way to just start the entire project over from the beginning without losing all of the reading and answering the questions leading up to the first hands on project on the trail? As in can someone on the backend just delete the entire project? I tried to delete my agent but it wouldn't let me.

have you properly configured the flow without error, added the action in the topic, and refreshed the view (circle arrow in top of the preview pane) before testing ?

Hi all,
I rescheduled a volunteer shift that someone was already signed up for by changing the date and time in the shift details. I emailed them to let them know there was a change, but when I went to her volunteer personal site, the original shift date and time still appears on "Scheduled Volunteer Shifts." When I click on "details," it gives me the updated date. But this is still a problem if she just checks her upcoming shifts without clicking "details" because the original date and time still appear. Has anyone ran into this issue?

One of our vendors, who has had "Account Login Access" for the past few weeks is unable to login this morning with the following error:
Can't Log In to Subscriber Org
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required to log into subscriber orgs from the Subscriber Support Console. To request permission to access the Subscriber Support Console, or to set up MFA for your License Management Org (LMO), contact your salesforce admin.
My user currently has the permission set for Multi-Factor Authentication for User Interface Logins.
Jul 12, 10:56 PM I was signed in with SSO and the following steps worked for me.
- Change or reset password.
- Delete cookies
- Logout and when logging back in, click login with a different account.
- Enter email as username and newly created password.
- There should now be a screen asking to register the account with the Salesforce Authenticator app. Follow the steps to setup Salesforce Authenticator for the account.
- After the app redirects to be logged back in. Log out again.
- Login again using username/password instead of SSO. MFA through Salesforce Authenticator should be required to finish login.

If done entirely try to switch favorite / unfavorite, as you would follow/unfollow, and then if no progress, try to login in incognito mode / clear your cache and log in again. At last, please open a case to Salesforce support

Não foi possÃvel encontrar o filtro para 'Setor' igual a Energia no relatório 'Status do caso'.
