現在、お客様の環境にて、キャンペーンやリードの名称をタブおよび表示ラベル、または翻訳機能を利用して、お客様に馴染みのある語句へ変更を行っております。

その中で、添付の項目についてもAccount Engagement由来で作成されたものと認識しておりますが、こちらの項目名をより分かりやすい表現へ変更したいと考えております。

例） 

 「展示会の配信済みメールの合計数」→「メール送信数の合計」

このような表示ラベルの変更は可能でしょうか。 

 どなたかご教示いただけますと幸いです。

We are currently updating the names of campaigns and leads in your environment—using tab and display labels, as well as translation features—so that these terms reflect language familiar to your team.

Among these changes, we recognize that the attached fields were also created as part of Account Engagement. We would like to update these field names to make them clearer and easier to understand.

For example:

• "Total Number of Delivered Emails from Events" → "Total Number of Sent Emails"

Would it be possible to change the display labels in this manner? 

 If anyone could advise us on this, we would greatly appreciate it.

The "Check_in_Date_c__c" field doesn't exist on the "External_Reservation__c" object, or you don't have access to the field. 

Hello, we have an ORG with NPSP. On the contact level there are 4 email fields one is called Email and 3 more (personal email, work email, and Alternate Email) and a pick list that picks between these 3 types of email address (npe01__Preferred_Email__c) and depending on what is selected on this picklist it will automatically copy the email value on the corresponding field to the Email field. 

My question is, how can I add another email option (assistant email) to this pick list so it gets copied to the Email field? 

So far what I have is: 

1- Create assistant email custom field 

2- Add assistant email to the picklist values of npe01__Preferred_Email__c 

3- ??? 

I am not sure what the process is that once the contact is updated/created it know how to relate the picklist value of npe01__Preferred_Email__c to the corresponding of the 3 email fields and then copies that value to the Email field. 

It is not a formula field on the Email field. 

Any help would be appreciated.

 When I search for a report in the search box, no matter what string I type—even if the report exists in one of the folders—the search box does not return any results when I search and press Enter. Am I missing something, or why isn’t the search working?

I've recently been facing a challenge in AgentForce where I'd like to create a Customer Satisfaction Score for whenever a case goes past 6 minutes without a response or when it's closed. Can anyone help me with this?

Is there a work around to send emails via Salesforce? I know there is a limit on total MB attachments. I see there may be an apex solution to compress with new release, but has anyone done any other solution?

When I try to complete the step of creating the Agentforce Service Agent in my dedicated playground by clicking the "Create" button I receive the following error message:

However, in the instructions

it explicitly says:
