I have successfully completed the "Enable Data Streams" section, adding the "AIPlusData" Data Bundle to my org.  In order to move to the step to "Create New Ruleset" (under Identity Resolutions), the DMO(s) has to be processed first. However, the DMOs are keep processing for hours

Hello - I have not been able to move forward on the "Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout" challenge. My data streams seem to be connected correctly, but I cannot complete "Set Up Identity Resolution," because I keep getting an error message "Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required." I am not able to pull up drop-down menus for Primary Data Model Object and Primary Data Model Object.

In the Dynamic Related List - Single component, the option to "Add Field" to the Related List Field is indicating "Maximum fields added, Remove to add different ones", however, there is only 1 field listed, Record ID, and it won't let me remove it or add any additional ones.

Hello,

I've encountered an unexpected behavior where a user with "Edit Case Owner" permission in their profile, but who has been manually granted "Read-Only" permission on a specific Case record, can still manually change the Case Owner.

Ideally, "Read-Only" permission should prevent any record updates. Could you please advise on how to configure the system to achieve this?

Thank you for your guidance.

    Hi @Nao Shiomi

    In Salesforce,

changing the Case Owner is not a record field update like changing the Status or Subject — it’s governed by transfer access

, not standard CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) permissions.

    To

prevent users with Read-Only access from changing Case ownership use Validation Rule

to restrict change in the owner from certain conditions.

    Thanks!

When I have been trying to create the Identity Resolution record, I get the following error on the page:

'Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects, such as Individual and Contact Points, are required.'"

When I go to set the Data Space to Default, nothing shows up in the drop down and it will not let me edit the Object field as well. Please let me know how I can resolve! This is for the Agentblazer Trailhead

Hello Trailblazers,

I'm encountering an issue while trying to verify the challenge for Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud project below. I've created a new Data Cloud playground and deployed the Data Streams as instructed. I can see the active Lead Home data stream in the org. However, I'm getting the following error:

Step not yet complete in Data Cloud

We can't find an active Lead Data Stream. Ensure you have created a Data Stream that has a name that starts with ‘Lead’ and it is Active.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
