Hi, 

I need help : I would like to test the Data Capture Flow feature.I have FSL Mobile licences, they use Android phones (OS version 11) and my FSL app version is 254.2.27. The apps is up to date and I've updated the connected app in Salesforce

setup.To

setup this feature, I follow all the recommended steps: 

- I've setup Lightning Data Service for FSL : I defined & assigned "Lightning SDK for FSL" Permission for my test user (his profile is also System Administrator so all the Form junction object fields are visible and editable by default),

- I've setup Form junction object to my Work Order & Service Appointment Layouts (its are assigned to my test user's profile)

- I built a simple Data Capture Test Flow with one screen and no visibility condition (see screenshots below) that I activated ; I 

- I created a Form record linked to my active Data Capture Test Flow, 

- I restarted the FSL application with my test user's (I cleaned up the caches and resynchronised the datas)Result: I see Form Tab with my Form record in my FSL apps but when I launch the form by clicking the "start" button my flow doesn't work : a warning message is display "The page isn't available. Your Salesforce admin can help with that."Have you ever encountered this problem? 

Is it related to my flow input variables (recordId, parentRecordId, parentObjectType) or is it related to a general setting that I've forgotten? 

I'll be very grateful if you could help me! :-)

I'm setting up the contacts in NPC. If the Contact has an Account, then I can add the Contact. 

But when there is no Account it prevents me adding the Contact unless there is an Account.  

Is this a Setup item that I have omitted?  

Nonprofit Cloud - creating a Contact also wants an Account

In the below I am having an issue where I am unable to select default, as it does not appear as an option. I've checked all playgrounds available to me, none of them allow me to select default for data space. Which is odd, due to the fact that I was able to make it this far with all my previous steps being verified. 

 

1. Click the Setup icon, then click Setup.2. Type flows in the search, then click Flows (under Process Automation).3. Click Create Check-in Guest Event.4. Click the Unified Link 1 element, then click Edit Element.5. For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object.6. For Data Space, choose default

 

I've invested a significant amount of time working through this module. Despite reviewing related posts and troubleshooting extensively, I'm still unable to resolve the issue.  

 

Given how tightly linked each step is and the dependency on having the right configuration from the start, I’m concerned that the only path forward will be to restart the entire module. This has made the entire experience particularly frustrating and difficult to stay engaged with.

    In order to fix the issue, I had to delete the environments that were spun up for the module and start from the beginning.

Hey all! I'd love help here if anyone has any details or guidance.  

 

We're using the Datatable component for flows and we cannot seem to default records based on prior selections if the user proceeds forward and then uses previous to return to the screen. Our scenario involves the user picking several records in the table, clicking next, but having the ability to go back to the first screen and change your selections. We need the ability to default those selections, but for whatever reason, it is not working. I'm using the same record collection variable in the "Which records are already selected? and in the output variable for "Output Selected Rows (Collection)".  

 

From everything I'm seeing, it looks like the variable is saved as it should be, until you go back to the first screen where you selected the records. At that point, what I am seeing is that the variable clears out as if it is null.  

 

I've tried it with different objects, changing different questions and editing any other items, but it does not seem to fix it.  

 

Any help here would be appreciated. Thank you!

I set up a flow to create a Task, which also triggers an email and Task Notification/Alert (bell icon). 

 

But when I shifted it to run on a Scheduled Path 2 minutes after the flow triggers, neither of these two items appear for the Task. 

 

I didn't make any other changes to the flow. Why is there a difference between immediate run and Scheduled Path?

I'm trying to use some pdf's, execel for a source for my Agent Force, but Im unable to do. Any idea? Also I was hoping to get a mentor or someone to work with me on a project. Thank you.

    Your data library is ready to use!"  however once I go in the chat, and ask something that I know it is on my knowledge base, it dot no give any info, and Im getting the following error message: "NSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY. Looks like you don't have access to the data space used by the assigned data library. Update your data space access and try again." 

     

    My Agent has the following permissions: 

    Agentforce Service Agent User  

    Data Cloud User 

    Agent AI Permissions  

    Service Agent Permissions
