We use Lightning Knowledge with Data Categories and we would like to require the knowledge curator or publisher to always add Data Category Assignments prior to publishing and if they attempt to publish without a single data category assingnment then an error message would notify them and prevent publishing. Is this possible?

Is there a way to get more information about why a Lookup Rollup Calculate job isn't deleted? Can you see if there was an error running the calculate and if so, what went wrong and with what records?

    Thank you, that helps a lot. 

     

    You are correct, those are created by the Full Calculate and Scheduled Full Calculate jobs. If things are working correctly those records are created at the beginning of the batch job and removed upon completion. They will also block future jobs for the same rollup so they don't step on each others toes. 

     

    If they are there and you don't see an associated Apex Batch Job then the job must have crashed. Any logs or details should be available in the Apex Jobs page in Setup. You'll want to look for a job that started around the same time the Job record was created. 

     

    I expect the associated job to show as a failure and error of some kind. Take a look and let us know if you see any evidence. 

     

    DLRS also has a log object, you can check it for any additional details but normally if those records get orphaned then the log isn't able to be created.

  1. Click the Event Summary element, then click Edit Element.
  2. For Value, copy and paste the following:
  3. Check-in date of {!Reservation_1.Check_in_Date_c__c}, check-out date of {!Reservation_1.Check_out_Date_c__c}, for room type {!Reservation_1.Room_type_c__c}.
  4. Click outside the Value box so the Save button becomes available, then click Save.
  5. Click Activate.
  6. Close the Flow tab to return to the Setup tab.

I'm trying to create a filter to show subscriptions ending in the next 30 days, I 've tried a bunch of different relative dates and they don't bring results.  The only thing that seems to work is greater than TODAY.

    Yes, but when I apply those filters there are no results even though there are opportunities that fall in that criteria. The only relevant date filter that works is TODAY (greater than, equals, and less than)

I recently earned my first Salesforce certification—Platform Developer I (PD1)—but I'm finding it difficult to land my first job in the ecosystem.

In our org we have a mass action scheduler which runs in the report when case status is completed & billing status is active and Case restart date is today or less than today, but unfortunately it is not checking case restart date. Does anyone have an idea about this?

 Hi everyone, 

 I'm trying to share files with guest users on a community site. 

 In my org, I have contacts who can be converted into site guest users, and I need to display the files attached to their contact records in the site when they log in. 

 I'm attempting to use the tool shown in the attached image, but I'm not sure how to make it work. 

 Do you know if there's an extra step required? Thank you!
