Hi Team,
I’m currently working on the Explore the Salesforce Developer Edition Quest - Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud project. I’ve completed all the required steps, but I’m encountering an issue in the final part of the exercise.
The Data Mapping object remains stuck in the "Processing" state for over 24 hours. I have already:
- Verified all configurations
- Deleted and recreated the data mapping
- Rechecked the data stream and source
Despite these efforts, the status hasn't changed, and I’m unable to proceed further.
Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

Hi Community,
I'm doing Agentforce Champion trail and stuck on the below issue while doing the last module
Connect Data Cloud to Agentforce and Prompt Builder
I'm not able to get other fields to add on the related list of Reservation object. See the screenshot below:
Also while updating the flow in the 3rd step of the same module, I'm not getting any fields to select for
Unified Link Individual ccidto filter the records:
Is it something issue with the org or I'm missing any step? Please help me to complete this.
Note:
I've completed all the previous steps like Run Ruleset for Identity Resolutions.

Hi ,
Deactivating the other Apex Triggers related with Account object ensures that the trigger works freely, and faces no conflicts.
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54S00000BqLIBI found the issue. Issue was happening since as part of "Developer trail" I had created validation rules on account object. For the module on Apex triggers, challenge button was attempting it without the required accountnumber value. I disabled the validation rules on account object and it was able to mark it as complete.

I keep getting the error message: "Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1
Ensure that you have selected the correct template." I have done this 5 times and selected the proper template which is "Standard Home Page". Can anyone help with this?

I figured out my problem. My problem was the TEMPLATE BOX needed to be changed to STANDARD HOME PAGE. Mine said HOME PAGE.

1)Check if u selected correct Template
2) Or Refresh the Trailhead page and again click on verify ;so that the changes/assignment you have done in your playground reflected/synced with trailhead.
3)Check if you have correctly selected your Playground to check your assignment on trailhead

If the DLO, or DMO is processing, try disconnecting the current playground and creating a new one.

I completed the first step successfully and enabled data streams in this trailhead: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/connect-data-cloud-to-copilot-and-prompt-builder/bring-external-data-into-the-contact-page-layout?trail_id=unlock-your-data-with-data-cloud
The second part is to Set Up Identity Resolution. When I reach step 5, to choose "individual" for Primary DMO, this is the errorI keep receiving:
"Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required."
I can't select "individual" from the drop down menu or even type it out. I've restarted the playground from the beginning with username/password, but I am still running into this error. Any help is appreciated!
