Hi Team,

I’m currently working on the Explore the Salesforce Developer Edition Quest - Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud project. I’ve completed all the required steps, but I’m encountering an issue in the final part of the exercise.

The Data Mapping object remains stuck in the "Processing" state for over 24 hours. I have already:

• Verified all configurations
• Deleted and recreated the data mapping
• Rechecked the data stream and source

Despite these efforts, the status hasn't changed, and I’m unable to proceed further.

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

Hi Community, 

I'm doing Agentforce Champion trail and stuck on the below issue while doing the last module 

Connect Data Cloud to Agentforce and Prompt Builder

I'm not able to get other fields to add on the related list of Reservation object. See the screenshot below:

Also while updating the flow in the 3rd step of the same module, I'm not getting any fields to select for

to filter the records:  

Is it something issue with the org or I'm missing any step? Please help me to complete this. 

I've completed all the previous steps like Run Ruleset for Identity Resolutions.

I'm receiving the following erro: 

An error occurred during generation.

Internal Server Error If the issue persists, contact Salesforce Customer Support and ask for help with error GatewaySystemError 

I keep getting the error message: "Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1

Ensure that you have selected the correct template." I have done this 5 times and selected the proper template which is "Standard Home Page". Can anyone help with this?

The second part is to Set Up Identity Resolution. When I reach step 5, to choose "individual" for Primary DMO, this is the errorI keep receiving: 

"Mappings from Data Streams to the standard Cloud Information Model objects such as Individual and Contact Points are required." 

I can't select "individual" from the drop down menu or even type it out. I've restarted the playground from the beginning with username/password, but I am still running into this error. Any help is appreciated!

I’m working on the "Enhance Copilot to Act on Data with Conversational Language" module in the Agentblaze Champion trail.

Issue:

The instructions require using the unifiedLinkIndividual_ccid variable in a flow, but this variable

in the Flow Builder (screenshot attached). I created a new Org using the module’s prompt, so all setup should be pristine. 

Steps taken:

1. Made a new Org through the modules prompt
2. Connected that Org to the module via login

I can't seem to be able to do the following step in a Contact:

• Remove the Notes & Attachments related list from the Contact Layout page layout and replace it with the Files related list.

I can't find the Files field and when I delete the Notes and Attachment field, it deletes the fields above and below it.
