Hi. I wonder if someone can help me, I want to add a field on the account object (let's call it Sum of quantity of products) of the sum of 'quantity of products. On the opportunity product I have quantity field:
The team spend time to open each opportunity and calculate a sum of quantity so 64 here , it is more difficult if there is lots of opportunities:
I also want in this field on the account to only calculate quantity from the products from closed-won opportunities. I was looking at creating a flow with transform element-but i stuck-can someone please advise in detail how that can be achieved? Thank you

We are using AWS and Service Cloud Voice.
All of our users are reporting issues with answering calls and being able to dial out. We pushed the contact center upgrade last week, and then Friday started having major issues. Nothing in our network or domain has changed, and all users are using chrome. We have an open case with support, but it's been over a day and nothing has been resolved. Any advice?

Hello! I Just started testing the new cadence builder 2.0 and I was wondering if there is a way to add fields to the cadence builder panel where you add the name and description. The fields we want to add are cadence owner and the saving options on which folder we are going to save it to. Tried to find an object for the cadence builder but there doesn't seem to be one. Just seeing if this side panel is able to be customized!
Yes...desperately needed. I have a custom folder structure and typically do not use the Public folder, which is where these default to. This will create multiple steps to create\save a cadence with the new builder, which our Account Managers will probably NOT do. Can this please be added to the screen ASAP?

In the TaskBody text template, we can’t find the guest’s name. Make sure you include a name field from the stored contact record. I tried several options for TaskBoday text template, see below example, but still get errors. {!$Record.Comments__c} {!$Record.Rating__c} {!$Record.Experience_Name__c} {!GuestLoyaltyLevel} {!Get_Contact.Name}

Try changing the playground language setting to English.

Try the below steps to change your language:
I am using a Type Ahead block in order to allow my users to link to accounts as they type. The problem I am running into is that the section needs to be repeatable. If I click the "Add" button for the repeatable section not only does the new "repeated" section not function but the original section no longer functions as expected.
Example 1 : If I click "Add" BEFORE I fill in the first Type Ahead because I know that I will need to link 2 accounts then neither of the Type Ahead's function (they never return any results).
Example 2: If I link the original Type Ahead before I click "Add" then the first one maintains the expected data but the second one still does not work. However I cannot go back and change the first Type Ahead block, if I do then it will no longer return any results.
What are my options for repeatable Type Ahead block functionality.
So after doing some digging and testing I found the problem and a solution. The issue is that when a section repeats it can create a new structure underneath it.
For example <RepeatableBlock:TAAccountBlock:TAData> becomes <RepeatableBlock:TAAccountBlock[n]:TAData> where [n] represents the position in the new created array that the element now exists in.
So the solution is in the Type Ahead block on your Data Raptor Element>Properties under your Input Parameters>Data Source you need to append "|n" to the end of your Data Source value that is getting passed into the Data Raptor.
Ex: TAAccount would become TAAccount|n
Now your TA block will work as a single or for as many repeats as you might need.

We have a requirement to upload a profile picture to the Lead record. Once a Lead is created, the client would like to upload the prospect’s photo so it can be viewed directly on the Lead record page.

Control Access to Objects
I am struggling with
"Control Access to Objects." I created the Permission Set "Access and Manage Reviews," but when I try to assign access to the "Reviews" object, it doesn’t appear in the object list. I also created a Custom Object, but it’s not being accepted for the challenge. Similarly, I couldn’t find the "Positions"object in the object list.
This is the error I get when trying to complete this challenge:
We can't find that the ‘Manage Positions’ permission set grants read, create, and edit object permissions for Position.
I have seen other discussions saying I need to download something. Would anyone be able to vouch for this?

I tested this 2 months ago and all went well, but sent another mass email out and getting this error.
An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow
An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
*I am able to use the flow successfully on one of the contacts I test but not the other *not sure how to troubleshoot this and salesforce is saying they cant see the data.

Thank you @Daryl Moon! Its weird though becuase we didn't send it to users. We sent it to email contacts. Do you think if the email contact did not have a domain (bad email) that it would go through this message as well?
