Could you please guide me on where to find the Mass Email page in the Lightning version? In Classic, it was available under My Settings > My Email > Mass Email.

Did anybody face this issue? When I'm testing the "messaging" from Embedded service deployment settings, and hit chat icon and send a message, the chat window just blanks out and no messages are received from this test vf page to salesforce agent.

Make sure your message channel is active. Use the inspect to see if it is been block by your browser. It might just be browser issue.
Hi, I have this screen showing up when I try to do the step from: Configure and Activate Your Sales Coaching Agent -> Practice Negotiating by Role Playing:
Unexpected action in Agent topic
Looks like one of the role play Agent topics contains actions. Ask your Salesforce admin to remove any actions from the topic, then try again.

I have been trying to reference the $user.id variable in a row level formula to filter records to match the current user (as mentioned in a few other answers).
However, when I validate my formula, I receive the following error:Error when encoding row-level formula: Field $user.id does not exist. Yes, Service Cloud Voice (SCV) does support multi-party conference/consult calls, allowing up to six participants in a single call. This includes the primary customer, one Salesforce agent, and up to four additional participants
(other agents, supervisors, or external contacts)

Hi, I am trying to retrieve the devops type datakit using sf cli via package.xml which includes the metadata types 'DataKitObjectDependency' and 'DataKitObjectTemplate'. It throws error for the given metadata types.
The error shown is:
The specified metadata type is unsupported: [datakitobjectdependency]
Anybody facing same and have some workaround?
