Hello!  I'm trying to report on Chatter and used Custom Object A as the Primary and "Feed: Custom Object A" as the secondary, but only three fields (out of a total of seven needed) are on Custom Object A; the other fields are from Custom Object C. The Chatter Feed Activity custom report doesn't seem to allow for adding another object (Custom Object C, in this case), though.

I want to migrate the process to flow which contains scheduled action.  

Scenario: 

On object Incentive (when record is created or modified) one of the criteria is that if end date is greater than today then update the same record ( some other filed with some value) 1 day after the end date which uses scheduled actions. How can same be achieved in flow. I have several such criteria and for each I have one scheduled action (record update) in process. I thought of using triggers but it may excede the limit of 100 scheduled jobs for updating the record so I want it to be done using flow.

    You can have scheduled flows for this purpose. You can also utilize scheduled path in flow.

We have a flow that has been running for almost 2 years without issue. It runs every M,W,F and autocreates our service delivery records for Meals on Wheels.  The filtering on the records narrows them significantly: is the service session today? Does it contain MOW? If so get service participants who have an active program engagement with MOW, whose meals for today are not zero, etc. There are 18 sessions on each of these weekdays with under 350 active participants.  The numbers do not increase or increase much- they float around the 350.  Last week Monday ran fine, but Wednesday and Friday and this Monday I got the error message referenced above. It creates about 1/3 of the service deliveries and then stops.  Any thoughts?

Hi Team,

I’m currently working on the Explore the Salesforce Developer Edition Quest - Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud project. I’ve completed all the required steps, but I’m encountering an issue in the final part of the exercise.

The Data Mapping object remains stuck in the "Processing" state for over 24 hours. I have already:

  • Verified all configurations
  • Deleted and recreated the data mapping
  • Rechecked the data stream and source

Despite these efforts, the status hasn't changed, and I’m unable to proceed further.

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

     

    I'm from trailhead help team. There was an ongoing issue with the badge, but I’m happy to let you know that the issue has been resolved.. However, we recommend you to create a fresh playground org to proceed further with the module. Please ensure to complete all the steps from all units in the new org.

     

    Please navigate to the module, and you should be able to create a new playground org.

     

    If you still see an older playground org connected, please follow the below steps to create a new org.

     

    - Login to your trailhead account.

    - Now go to 'https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.

    - Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.

    - As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..)

We are using AWS and Service Cloud Voice. 

 

All of our users are reporting issues with answering calls and being able to dial out. We pushed the contact center upgrade last week, and then Friday started having major issues. Nothing in our network or domain has changed, and all users are using chrome. We have an open case with support, but it's been over a day and nothing has been resolved. Any advice?
