Is there a version of Agentforce Quote Automation that works with CPQ+, or does it only work with Revenue Cloud Advanced? If it does work with CPQ+, can you point me to any documentation with how to set it up? (I tried a few searches within Trailhead and didn’t find anything).

Looking for guidance in building a custom report to pull the right information for client with their interest tags and categories. Tried several different ways and cannot seem to pull the right info to just show each client's tag and topic interest
Tried “Client + Tag + topic” and “Tag +Topic + Client”, could not do just “topic + client”.
Hi team,
I'm using Salesforce CMS Workspace to manage PDFs in a Digital Experience Site (Experience Cloud) built with LWC. I need these PDFs to open in a new browser tab and display inline, not download automatically.
When using the /sfsites/c/cms/delivery/media/{mediaKey} URL, the browser forces a download. Is there a recommended way to serve CMS PDFs with Content-Disposition: inline so they open directly in LWC sites?
Thanks in advance!
Today, 12:09 AM Hi ,
Please check this article.
Today, 12:09 AM , When you invoke a Data Processing engine definition, It will go through some set of process:
1. DPE definitions run will be logged under Setup > Monitor Workflow Services.
2. Data Sync Started in CRMA (If we're using CRMA as a runtime)
3. After Data Sync, a recipe will be created and executed in CRMA.
4. Recipe will transform the records and return it to DPE in a CSV format.
5. DPE uses Bulk V2 to write-back the CSV data to Salesforce.
During step 3, the recipe will be visible under App Launcher > Data Manager when the DPE is in progress. You can clone the recipe and traverse the data Flow within the recipe and find out where the records are lost.
Hope this is helpful. 🙂
I need information regarding the expiration dates present in Loyalty Management. How is the expiration date of qualifying points managed? Is it a calculation that starts from the creation date of the tier group, or does it require configuring a flow? The same goes for non-qualifying points; does it start from the creation date?
#Loyalty Management
Jul 7, 11:59 PM , The expiry of Qualifying currency is derived from the Loyalty Tier group.

I have completed:
Build Your Admin Career on Salesforce
Trailmix
Working on:
Prepare for Your Salesforce Administrator CredentialThe most recent update in Roadmap Preview is September 16, 2024. It also appears that many of the items in Roadmap Exchange
are outdated. When these features were first released, they were great. But it is very frustrating and disappointing if product management is not going to keep them up to date.

Jul 7, 11:44 PM Hi @Mark Bruso - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll share a little about the work we’re doing for both RoadmapExchange and Roadmap Previews, and I’d also like to extend an invitation to connect with our team on a call. We’d love to hear more about what you find most valuable. Please let me know if you’re interested.
It’s been a little quiet because we’ve been doing foundational work behind-the-scenes to invest more in both programs:
RoadmapExchange - We launched at last year’s Dreamforce as a beta and have been thrilled with the positive reception. Now, we’re working to make roadmap creation and upkeep easier and faster. We plan to double the number of roadmaps in coming months. PMs have updated many of the existing roadmaps (78% have received an update in 2025); please let us know which you’re most interested in and we will investigate further. We’re also actively exploring how to make it easier to see the most recent roadmap updates.
Roadmap Previews - We’re in the process of migrating to the 360 Blog. We’ll have our own category there, enabling us to publish Roadmap Previews and additional content at a faster pace. Our plan is for the blog page to launch this month, with new content to follow shortly after.
Please keep the feedback and questions coming - we appreciate it!
How can I edit the layout in the overview page of a Resource Absence?
Jul 7, 11:41 PM You can try the RA related list on the Service Resource page layout. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.mfs_layouts_page.htm&type=5
We'd like to display many (over 40) external links, in an Experience Cloud site.
It needs to be grouped, like
Topic 1
Topic 1a
link
link
Topic 1b
link
Topic 2
Topic 2a
link
Topic 2b

Topic 3

Ideally we'd use Navigation Tiles, navigate through the levels, but nested items are not supported.
Is there a low code solution? The UI is key, but also the maintenance. Ideally the links could be managed similar to the Navigation Menu configuration - not lots of hard coded pages.
I'm thinking
- Knowledge
- Multi-Level Navigation Menus for Experience Cloud (Aura/LWR) | Salesforce AppExchange
- With a page of Navigation Tiles for each level
- Some kind of 'accordion' solution
- CMS
I don't think Topics is a good fit.
Has anyone got Knowledge to work like this on Experience Cloud?
- have you come across something like this before?
Jul 7, 11:38 PM FYI
Managing the content was less of a use case, so ended up just using a rich text box with headings to deal with the hierarchy.
I have seen a demo org with Knowledge driving links on an experience cloud site, so it's possible, but too much overhead for the requirement.
