    The issue has been fixed. However, we recommend you to create a fresh playground org to proceed further with the module. Please ensure to complete all the steps from all units in the new org.

     

    Please navigate to the module, and you should be able to create a new playground org.

     

    If you still see an older playground org connected, please follow the below steps to create a new org.

     

    - Login to your trailhead account.

    - Now go to 'https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.

    - Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.

    - As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..)

I signed up the form to create "Developer edition org with new configuration" more than 5 times but no verify email sent into my Gmail address. Please help me. For these problem, i can't start my first superbadge unit "Object Relationships Superbadge Unit". Please do the needful asap.

    Hi @ANUPAM MONDAL

    Sometimes the verification email from Salesforce can land in your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder- check those just in case.

    If it’s still not there after multiple tries, try the following:

    1. Use a different email address 
    2. Or, wait a few hours and try signing up again using Incognito/Private Mode in your browser to avoid cache issues.

I am studying the Create an App and a Lens module and I have done exactly what was asked but still I get the following (There was an unhandled exception. Please reference ID: FAXLYYND.) Response I can't understand where did I go wrong

Can anyone help me in understanding what am I doing wrong here ? Even chatgpt is not able to backtrack where the real issue lies due to which this challenge is not getting completed. 

 

Step not yet complete in Creative Unicorn Playground

The initial submission action is not correct for the 'Discount Approval Process'. VP approval does not appear to be required for discounts over 40% for step #2 in the process.

the practice pitch worked fine, I am not sure why it is asking to remove the action, then how will it work. I see other people asking the same as well, but no resolution  

 

It is in  while doing Practice Negotiating by Role Playing

The dropdown option is not visible for primary data model object as individual and contact point email. please let me know how to solve this issue.
