I asked to create a playground in the Get Started with Data Cloud and AI module of AgentBlazer Champion, it created it, but it didn't send me the password reset, and my email is correct! I tried to click on forgot my password but I'm getting the following error "You haven't selected an answer to your password hint. Try the following: Contact your company's administrator for assistance.", please help me. 

I am currently enrolled in the "Quick Start: Build a Service Agent with Agentforce" project module on Trailhead. As part of the prerequisites, I attempted to reset the password for my Agentforce Playground using the username provided. However, I encountered the following error message:

This issue appears to stem from the absence of a security question and answer in my account setup, which is common in trial environments. Since I do not have administrative access to modify these settings, I am unable to proceed with the password reset.I got a mail saying we cant reset your password since there are continuous failed attempts.

Could anyone please assist me in resetting my password or guide me through alternative steps to regain access to my Agentforce Playground? Your prompt support would be greatly appreciated, as it is essential for completing my Trailhead module.

I am trying to see why I am not getting records into a DLO and when I search for the PR_dlo name I do not find it in the Data Explorer or Query editor. 

When I go into the DLO tab and search for it, the Data Lake Object Status is INACTIVE.  I am unable to change the status to Active! 

How do I get the Problem DLOs active?  When I choose Update Status, nothing happens.

I got a playground environment from the following Trailhead: 

★What I want to implement 

I want to upload PDF data to the data library and chunk/vectorize it. 

★Implementation procedure 

Data Library>Create new library>Upload PDF data>Create search index 

After creating the search index, I select Data Explorer>Data Model Object>FileUDMO_SI_Chunk_dlm, but no data is created. 

What could be the cause?

I setup a service agent in a sandbox environment. I need to deploy it to the production environment on a commerce cloud site.  

1- What is the best way to deploy that agent?   

2- Can I use change sets to deploy all the components?  

3- Do I have to re-create the agent manually in the production environment?   

I tried using change sets but the upload failed and I got the following error: 

Metadata API received improper input. Please ensure file name and capitalization is correct. Load of metadata from db failed for metadata of type:GenAiPlannerBundle and file name: Agentforce_Service_Agent  

Can you please share any resources/tips that would help? Thanks

A la hora de terminar y comprobar el reto, me da un error en la version del flujo (he tenido que repetirlo varias veces) e incluso crear una nueva version con los datos adecuados para que funcionara. Pero a pesar de borrar el flujo, activarlo y desactivarlo.. no me permite continuar.   

Error Message:  

Comprobamos su trabajo en la versión activa del flujo. En el caso del flujo "Create Check-in Guest Event" (Crear evento de admisión de huésped), hemos encontrado los cambios más recientes en una versión que no está activa. Active la versión que quiera que comprobemos y luego vuelva a hacer clic en Check Challenge (Comprobar reto).

Es lo ultimo que me falta para conseguir la insignia y nos se muy bien como continuar.
